Fantastic experience: My 17 year old grandson who has severe mental health issues and has adhd and Aspergers is learning to speak Japanese through Language Trainers. It's been really helpful, giving him something to look forward to in life. The company seems to be very well run, and have been very professional to date. The tutor is dedicated and my grandson seems to trust her enough to relate to her. It's hard to determine his progress with the language itself as it's probably one of the most complicated to learn, with srveral different alphabets, but he's inspired and committed. Other companies that I contacted weren't very responsive at all.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I used Language Trainers to learn Portuguese. We were matched with a teacher - Maria - who has been teaching us at home and online. Maria makes the lessons purely for us to meet our needs. Portuguese is a difficult language to learn and the lessons are fun and challenging. Maria is very patient, enthusiastic, encouraging and always full of praise for our efforts. The lessons are backed up with written notes and also verbal recordings to help with pronunciation and memory. We are thoroughly enjoying the experience and would definitely recommend the personal learning approach with Language Trainers

Positive experience: I chose Language Trainers as I wanted in person tuition at different days and times of the week. I have completed 4 sessions out of 10 now and the Tutour Karin has tailored them specifically to my needs. My only criticism is that the minimum course offered was 10 sessions. I would have preferred to have tried a shorter course 1st.

Fantastic experience: I have signed my parents (60+ y.o) for one of the courses to improve their English skills. The management was very flexible with the hours and offered many options including studying from home one to one with a tutor. We also received a discount of one person studying and the second came free. The tutor, Oliver, would arrive every morning at our home and train my parents . He was very friendly, polite and patient with them. At the end, they improved their abilities to speak and to communicate more freely in English. I highly recommend this programme and the school.
