Fantastic experience: Margret Sensei is amazing, and a perfect teacher for Japanese. The lessons talk about grammar and Vocab but also about everyday Japanese. Highly recommend and was a great help with me getting into university to study languages!

Fantastic experience: I have been studying Japanese with Margaret for over 5 months. Margaret assessed my level when we started and tailored the content to my level. I can say that I have learnt a lot over this time and I noticed a huge progress over the time when I was studying by myself. As other people noted, Margaret has been very flexible and was able to reschedule some sessions, when I was not able to attend. Fantastic experience: Fantastic overall experience! I’ve been learning Japanese for around 8 months with Margaret Sensei and it’s been great. The lessons have been well paced, with enough time to ask questions. My Japanese has massively improved with the help of JapcoEducation. There have also been times where I’ve needed to rearrange lessons to work with my schedule and Margaret has been amazing at accommodating this. Definitely a 5 star experience! Fantastic experience: JAPCO Education is a fantastic way to study Japanese. I had been due to move to Japan before the pandemic delayed those plans, and so I decided to make good use of the time “in limbo,” and I have been taking the Intermediate Course for a few months now. In this short time, I feel I have improved considerably. Dr. Margaret’s lessons are fun, engaging and well-structured, with lots of practice in reading, writing, speaking and listening. They draw on a range of sources and go beyond the usual standard textbook approach. As well as the weekly 2 hour lesson, Margaret offers an additional 1 hour practice session, which has given me a great opportunity to better understand and process the materials from the lessons. The materials do stretch you a little at times (good thing), but it always feels manageable and within your reach. Margaret is friendly, approachable and good at explaining difficult concepts in grammar. She’s lived and worked in Japan for many years, as well as having a degree in Japanese as well as her PhD and teaching qualifications. Finally, the online lessons are flexible and very affordable. I would highly recommend studying with JAPCO Education!

Fantastic experience: Incredibly helpful and always well organised with a clear syllabus. My level of Japanese has significantly increased and I was able to fill in the gaps in my knowledge from previous self-study. When preparing to take the JLPT exams I was provided with invaluable extra help and support.

Fantastic experience: I had been casually interested in learning Japanese for many years, but I decided to join this course for the social aspect and the opportunity to speak Japanese with other learners. I was consistently impressed by the teaching and guidance, learning was made fun and was always relevant language for conversation. I also enjoyed learning about Japanese culture, traditions and celebrations during the course. Languages can be really challenging but you will receive wonderful support from a truly knowledgeable and proficient tutor - good luck and enjoy your experience!

Fantastic experience: "ありがとう ございます Malgorzata!" Having studied Japanese for almost two years, I can say that Malgorzata is a wonderful teacher who is passionate about both the Japanese language and culture. Her lessons are instructive and enjoyable, making herself available outside of class to answer questions or take/assess written work. She has a good understanding of the individual skill levels within a class too, grouping people and topics together depending on skill sets, which is helpful when learning a new language. I would highly recommend.
