We can see that you were travelling as part of a high-school group where a simple sandwich lunch was selected by your school when making their booking. We're sorry to hear this didn't live up to your expectations.
Many of our visiting groups opt for our 2-course hot lunch option which is served in a nearby University cafeteria - perhaps your school could consider this option in future.
Sadly, we were let down by our sandwich supplier one day during your stay which resulted in your lunch arriving a little later than planned. As you can imagine, we have addressed this with the supplier concerned and have not experienced any further issues. We know it can be frustrating for all concerned when things don't go to plan, so we can only apologise that you were left with a hungry tummy for 30 minutes.
For our visiting high-school groups, lessons are always tailor made to meet the skills focus and topics chosen by the group's own school teachers before arrival. We're sorry to hear the chosen topics left you feeling fatigued; we've passed your feedback through to our Academic Manager so he can make sure the topics chosen by visiting teachers are made more engaging in future.

We're sorry you felt that you weren't able to rate us higher and that you got this impression of our school while studying part-time for a very short period.
Our school is professionally accredited by a government-approved body who inspect all aspects of our operation and business on a regular basis. To meet accreditation criteria, all of our teachers are fully qualified and come with a wealth of experience.
From your comments, it seems as though you may be better suited to one-to-one tuition. We find that different students are better suited to certain teaching styles and environments than others. We're sorry that your choice of course didn't meet your expectations.
We're surprised to hear that you found a member of our student services team to be inattentive. As you know we are a small, friendly team who strive to welcome everyone into our family while providing a professional and timely service. We don't have 'friends' visiting during working hours so we can only imagine that the person you're referring to was dealing with another student or a colleague query - we're sorry you had to wait a short while and that you felt that you weren't first in line. Of course, we'll address your comments to the team concerned so that we can endeavour to continue providing the best possible service moving forward.
