Fantastic experience: it looks very nice , I wish I had the money to attend

Fantastic experience: This summer, I had the privilege of attending the programme together with a group of talented children from Ukraine. Studying at Oxford Royale is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The atmosphere is nothing short of inspiring, with every lecture delivered by passionate tutors who make learning truly come alive. The historic setting of Oxford itself adds an extraordinary charm, making every day feel both meaningful and magical. Beyond academics, the programme fosters confidence, leadership, and genuine curiosity.

Positive experience: I as a student stayed at oxford royale st Hugh’s. The experience was overall very good as the academics were great (Thanks to my awesome teacher Aria Sky) and the enviroment was great. However me enjoying it doesn’t mean everyone will. The food was mediocre at best and sometimes the food was served raw. And the activities were very mid. So if you have a hard time making friends this may not be the place for you. However I had an awesome time! So if you’re willing to give the Academy a shot you may have the chance of a life time or a mediocre experience.

Negative experience: I enrolled my daughter in the Oxford Royale Law & Politics summer program at Imperial College London. While the academic content was enriching and I’m extremely proud of her achievements, the overall experience fell short due to a serious lack of transparency in many areas — starting with the information we received before enrolling. The representative we met with from the Oxford Royale team prior to registration gave us incorrect and misleading information. We were told that breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included, only to find out that students had to buy their own lunch daily. We were also told that students would only leave campus when accompanied by adults, but in reality, students were allowed to leave freely, unsupervised. The food quality was another issue. My daughter skipped breakfast most days because it was inedible, and she often had to pay out-of-pocket for lunch and dinner from outside restaurants. This was never communicated in advance. Additionally, I paid an extra fee for a “single room guarantee,” only to realize upon arrival that almost all rooms are single rooms by default — and students who requested double rooms to stay with friends were largely unable to be accommodated. When I asked for a refund for this unnecessary fee, it was refused, despite the fact that the guarantee served no actual purpose. While the academic side of the program has its merits, I cannot recommend Oxford Royale based on our experience. For the premium price charged, families deserve clear, accurate, and transparent information — not marketing promises that don’t reflect reality. I hope the organization takes this feedback seriously and improves the integrity of its communication with parents going forward.

Negative experience: We enrolled our daughter hoping for an enriching academic experience in Oxford — something beyond what she could get back home in Australia. Unfortunately, what we received was overpriced, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing. To be fair, the programme started off decently. The students behaved well in the beginning. But once they got comfortable, everything changed. Social gossip took over. There were reports of students visiting opposite-gender rooms late at night. It turned into a teenage social camp rather than an academic one. The teaching? Standard. No one truly seemed to care about the students' development. My daughter went for an Oxford-style academic experience — instead, she found the same level of teaching she could get locally, minus the supervision. The project exhibition at the end was embarrassing — just posters on tables, no presentations, no explanations. It felt worse than a regular school open day. Graduation? Honestly, the worst part of all. No recognition of individual students, no meaningful speeches, no memories made. Just names called out and a piece of paper handed over. They promised a photography session — it never happened. “The photographer didn’t show up.” And that was it. No apology. No effort. Nothing. Imagine if I told them I wouldn’t pay the full fee — would they just let that go too? Here’s what makes this worse: they charge over £7,000 per student, and host 1,500–2,000 students per summer. That’s millions in revenue — yet the structure, academic quality, and basic management don’t reflect any of it. It’s clear the business is built for profit, not education. The teachers and counsellors tried their best — but they’re just employees. The real issue is the management and ownership. Just look at their social media — all glossy marketing, filtered photos, and vague captions. Everything looks elite, but the reality is closer to a scam than a serious academic programme. One last insult: before graduation, they invited parents to a "Graduation Drinks at Oxford Union." I showed up. Only two other parents were there. I waited over 40 minutes before leaving — feeling absolutely foolish. No hosts, no communication, no sign of care. If you’re considering Oxford Royale, think very carefully. You may be paying for the Oxford name, but that’s all you’ll get — a name, a certificate, and a whole lot of disappointment.

Negative experience: My older son went on one of their courses a couple of years ago and he had a great experience. So I thought I would enrol my younger son onto a course. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been completely different. I have tried to contact the team by telephone several times over a number of weeks and although the receptionist have sent messages for someone to call me back, no one has. It has been extremely frustrating and they are clearly understaffed. I did get a one line email from someone called Lucas, but I did request someone to call, so why they emailed I do not know. I am now in the process of trying to get my money refunded, as the poor quality of service has worried me and I fear that this reflects on the course itself. I really do not want my son under their care, as they are understaffed, unorganised and dismissive.

Fantastic experience: im so glad i got accepted. It's not everyday your talents get recognised by the top institutions. My sister got accepted too, but on the second week she found out she got pregnant. I didn't. Pleasant, authentic mold experience, I really hated cailli jenkings. Such a mood breaker. Anyway, Oxford is Oxford. Bright future awaits, so long loosers.

Negative experience: I attended in July of 2022 and it was mediocre, I expected much better from Oxford. My roommate and I contracted covid, we were quarantined in a tiny room for a week. The widows couldn't open and it was during a heatwave. Additionally we weren't given any medicine for the pain. I also I found the rooming situations extremely unfair, the girls were put in an older building on the top floor, we had to drag our suitcases and bags up 5 floors without any help. Each (small) room had two girl in it, the rooms were horrible, they smelled of mildew, had no ventilation, and the beds were very uncomfortable. On the other hand the boys had very modern single rooms, on the ground floor, which looked like hotel rooms. The number we were given to call for help would only answer our calls half of the times. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: my both children came to oxford royale- St Hughs college. they enjoyed so much and were so upset to leave. The staff members were so kind and helpful during arrivals and departures day especially the girl counsellor Jeeya helped me and my kids during their stay . The academics was very good . The only area that was disappointing was the food and meals and the kids were not allowed to order food so they were hungry. My children will definitely be returning to Oxford Royale again and we will recommend to everyone to send their children - 5 star experience.

Fantastic experience: Summer Law and Politics course was an excellent opportunity for my daughter, Zofia to enjoy valuable insights from these disciplines in the environment of Oxford University. She particularly appreciated open, creative atmosphere of the course and said that there wasn't a single dull moment during her stay. She also met several new friends from different countries - I hope they will remain in touch.

Fantastic experience: My son attended the summer program at Yale and everything about exceeded his expectations. It was remarkably well run, he made some wonderful friendships, and came out with more skills and more confidence than he went into it with. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Oxford Royale is by far the best summer school I have attended in my entire 15-year old life. It was absolutely MAGICAL - exploring the city with the new friends I made, going on incredible excursions around England, and having the best time at the Friday parties! The friends I made, the entire school and social environment were genuinely unique and simply brilliant. It felt like a huge, welcoming family. The course I took was medicine and I learned so much more than I though possible. Everybody had a unique spark of curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, and the teacher encouraged us to reach our potential. I learned so much in Oxford, not just about medicine, but also about myself! It was an experience I am NEVER going to forget and I would wholeheartedly recommend to embark on this journey of self-discovery!!!

Negative experience: This place was so disorganized and disappointing. The rooms smelled like feet, activities were really bad(like the ice breaker was to just sit in a field unsupervised), the teacher was always late, the class was very basic(you could learn everything on YouTube), ORA is NOT affiliated with oxford universit(they are even currently being sued for pretending to be Oxford), the other university’s know it’s a scam so if you put it down on your personal statement they’ll think you’re a sucker, the employees are apathetic, beds are horribly uncomfortable, food is very very mediocre and all of that for 6000 pounds for the course and 3000 for the rooms. Also unrelated but weird burn mark on the carpet.

Negative experience: Best regards. I definitely do not want to send my daughter to a summer camp organized by Oxford Royale nor will I recommend you to anyone every time you ask me. The attention from an official on the first day was unpleasant in every way. She smelled very bad. He spoke to my daughter in a tone that I, as a father, don't even do with my daughters. This person did not allow my daughter's suitcases to be brought into the room. She fell on the stairs because they were heavy with the risk of refracturing her foot, which had just been operated on. In general, the attention provided by the counselors is indifferent to any requests that my daughter had during the summer camp. They should choose their staff better because for my part and surely that of many parents we will not consider Oxford royale for the next occasion either. What an unpleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Oxford Royale is an amazing institution with the great ability of easily entertaining the students who dedicated their minds to learning more. My course was related to engineering, so we made many physical projects, including learning about aerodynamics, bridges, engines, as well as how engineers projected the Burj Khalifa. Besides the amazing classes with top of the line teachers and speeches with AI experts, we had many other forms of entertainment, including field days and walking around London to explore different museums and POIs. It’s 100% worth it, especially in London with the best staff (best wishes to Mr. Lee Barister) and extremely helpful campus counselors. Hope this message is read by the organizers.

Fantastic experience: My two weeks spent at Oxford was one of the greatest experiences that I’ve gained. I was accomodated at Keble College which was so unimaginably beautiful. The whole program set by Oxford Royale was so sufficient, there was no time that went to waste. The lessons and assignments improved my capability in submitting assignments due to it’s date, as well as creating a clear image of what I want to study in college such as Business and Management. All of the staff there in charge were so helpful and made sure that none of us were left in the dark, guided us so perfectly thoughout the course. If I could do this program every summer I would, because I have made such great friends from all over the world and also improved my skills of independance as we were away from family. Our course director Steve Ratcliffe was also so welcoming and always made us feel at home with his jokes and enthusiasm. I would recommend this program to everyone who are on their journey to college, and forever grateful for this experience that will have a place in my heart forever.

Negative experience: Unfortunately Lessons where terrible. This is not the place to learn English with special teachers but this is a place for teenagers to meet each other. Food and place where we had sleep was also not good - not even a toilet in the room. But there are also positives - people . I had really great time with participants of this camp. Not worth this money

Fantastic experience: Attended the ”Global Business, Management and Finance”- course 3-16th of July 2022 in Oxford. The course promised to analyze emerging trends and themes in finance, marketing, operations and business strategy and identify how the culture, climate, and structure of organisations empowers leadership and is influenced by leadership. The course really delivered on this and was an outstanding learning experience and boost of inspiration and energy for me. My teacher Diana was the most engaging teacher I have ever had and she really impressed me with her knowledge, creativity and engaging coursework. Friendships was created on the very first day and not just with your fellow students, but with the ORA staff as well. This made the initial nerves some might feel go away quickly. Everyday as the course developed, so did the friendships and it was made clear on graduation how close we all got to each other. One of the best things about the course was the atmosphere of being at Oxford, roaming the halls and eating in the dining halls and that so many brilliant minds have been in. The social-activities and excursions were a great mixture of learning while also exploring the city of Oxford with the very engaging and entertaining ORA staff. I truly treasure this experience and would recommend this Oxford Royale Academy outstanding course to anyone who is interested in pursuing careers in finance, marketing, operations and organization leadership.

Fantastic experience: Going to Berkeley was the best experience, had the chance to meet people from around the world. Learned more about different fields of engineering and had the chance to apply theoretical knowledge on hands-on projects. Excursions were unforgettable, we had the chance to visit the golden gate bridge, multiple museums, stanford university and more importantly UC Merchandise stores in Berkeley.

Fantastic experience: I was in summer 2022 in Oxford with ORA, and I'm sure I couldn't have spent those 15 days in a better way; it was worth it! . Along that 15 days I learn things about my course (Curing the future: Medicine and diseases), I improve my English skill, we did traditional activities of the place, like punting we visit another nearby sites, like Stratford-upon-Avon... However the thing I remember the most is the amount of people I meet in the campus, people who now are still my friends. All in all, it has been a moment in life to never forget.

Fantastic experience: The Oxford Royal experience was amazing. I took the architecture course and every lesson was very well done . We covered the pre and post 1800 history of architecture as well as two projects for us to discover the challenging, yet fascinating aspects of an architect’s work. We were housed around Prince's garden, in the different halls of the college. We only had to cross the road to get to the Imperial College. The residence was comfortable and had everything we needed for our summer school. Just a few minutes' walk away are cultural and architectural masterpieces. Sometimes we went to practice sketching in the casting court of the V&A (a very impressive moment, I must admit, to go and work in such iconic places, immense sources of inspiration, almost every day). The atmosphere was super friendly with people from all over the world. We met some wonderful people and made some unforgettable memories. The activities were just as great! From competitions between classes to excursions to Notting Hill or Borough Market, we had plenty to do and enjoy. Free time allowed us to explore the capital on our own, which made our stay even more unique. I highly recommend this course, which is not just preparation for university, but an unforgettable trip.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter Keira (14) attended during the summer of 2023 studying business and entrepreneurship. She really enjoyed the course and learned a lot more than she expected. The teachers wee friendly and informative. Her accommodation was good enough and meals were enjoyable. She attended by herself but made some good friends she still stays in contact with. Overall she thoroughly enjoyed the course and from my side I was happy to are she was well looked after. The school was safe, secure and well run.

Fantastic experience: My daughter Alena (14) has been twice to Oxford Royale, and has enjoyed the experience immensely. The support staff and coordinators are extremely helpful, and it is such a great opportunity for young people to study an area of their choosing for 2-6 weeks. Alena loved being in Oxford both times, and meeting students from all over the world. It’s a little expensive for those of us on the Australian dollar, however it is great to know the students are taken care of and safe. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Both of our children, ages 14 and 16, attended Oxford Royale and found it to be an amazing experience. They stayed in unique and historical colleges, and studied interesting programs which were lead by very qualified people. There were also lots of extra activities to explore Oxford and surrounding cities. Meeting other like minded students from all over the world was also a highlight and they have kept in touch with these new friends. Oxford Royale is a wonderful opportunity and our children found it hard to leave after their two weeks there. Well worth the time and money, plus an experience that will never be forgotten!

Fantastic experience: I'm amazed with the world class summer course my son Tommy is currently attending at the University of California, Berkeley organised by Oxford Royale. Tommy is getting inspired and taught by world class faculty that have a background with Silicon Valley for his chosen course of 'Inventing the Future: Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He's getting a real taste for all areas of business including innovation, strategy, finance, marketing, sales, economics, leadership, operations, HR to name a few. Moreover, the social and academic enrichment activities provided Tommy with the ideal environment to work with like-minded and motivated students from around the world. Tommy went on an excursion with his new friend to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, San Francisco Bay area, and downtown for a true taste of northern California. Overall, we are very impressed with the transformational experience Tommy is undergoing, which as a parent is exactly what we wanted, for Tommy to boost his interest in studying business, confidence, self esteem, social adaptability, and taste of University life which awaits him.

Negative experience: My daughter has graduated from Oxford Royal academy summer 2022. She forgot 3 itmes that were not found at all. Couple of emails were sent with no answer. Many phone calls were made but no respond. We received fianlly emal informing us that none of the items were found. Same with other parents too. It's a shame. Update. We have done all the steps described before our review but all items were not found.

Fantastic experience: Oxford Royale Academy is a great place to study in the summer. I took the Broadening Horizons program and studied at Queen's College -- the college is beautiful. You get the chance to take courses and participate in activities. This includes subjects such as Experimental Psycology and Contemporary History, and activities such as Ice Skating and Bouldering. There are many diverse peers for you to build friendships with and campus team members to guide you on your way and coordinate your activities and excursions. I will list 5 pros and 5 cons, but let me tell you that overall, the pros outweigh the cons. PROS 1. Good food (they accommodate quite well to alternative diets such as vegan or gluten-free) 2. Nice accommodations 3. Ideal location (a mall, several libraries, several museums, and quality cafes/restaurants were just a short walk away) 4. Free time and activities (lots of time was given for exploring, completing assignments, and participating in optional activities) 5. Many students/good social life (at almost any time, you could head over to the junior common room to talk to a friend, compete in a game of foozball, or play a game of chess) CONS 1. Assignments (For my courses, I had 4 total assignments to complete. Although this may seem light for two weeks, it does take quite a bit of time away from socializing) 2. Food (as previously mentioned, the food tasted good, but lunch and any snacks you might want throughout the day has to be purchased independently) 3. The price (the cost for this program is quite high, considering it to be only two weeks, which makes it hard for some to attend. Thankfully, a few scholarships are given to deserving students) 4. The Wifi (almost every time you want to use the wifi, you have to sign in again, which is tiresome to some students) 5. The water (the water available to student is tap water, which is fine to drink, but if you only drink purified water, you are going to have to get that yourself) 6. Excursions (I thought that I would get to travel around more while I was there and see England landmarks, such as Stonehenge, but we only went to London once, and we had limited time) EDIT: although we seldom left Oxford, we had many daily activities trying out new things and exploring the city. • Hopefully my advice helps you in your decision making process. I highly enjoyed attending ORA, and I'm sure that you would too.

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing time at ORA! It made me a more confident person and was an amazing opportunity to meet lots of people from all across the world! The support from counsellors was great and i felt comfortable talking to them, they were so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: My daughter has done the "pre-law school" program with ORA this summer (2021). It has been a fantastic experience for her. She came back fully energized, has made new connections with people from around the world and gained a whole lot of self-confidence. It has helped her to feel comfortable with the subject and assured her to go for studying law when finishing school. During the pandemic the ORA team has done a fantastic job to make sure that this program can and will take place. The support the team has provided leaves nothing to wish for. I could always get someone to talk to when needed and even on a Sunday morning after flight issues the ORA team quickly turned around the airport transfer to make sure my daughter was picked up safely. Transport from the airport is great for teenagers travelling alone as they “deliver” your child personally to the university reception. I can only highly recommend the program – any ORA summer school program. It is an unforgettable experience and worth every cent. There is no price tag for the growth in personality ORA helps with.

Fantastic experience: My experience with ORA this summer was an exceptional one. I was awarded a full scholarship by ORA to attend its two-weeks Broadening Horizons Program, where I took courses on Political Science, Medical Biology, and Public Speaking & Debate. This program's academic depth and outstanding flexibility provided me with invaluble skills on each subject; and, most importantly, it gave me the confidence to make the choice to pursue a liberal degree--in social sciences and the humanities--rather than a scientific degree. The professors were amazing and their guidance was invaluble. The memories made and the knowledge gained were life-changing and they will forever motivate me to pursue my academic dreams and fullfill my true potential.

I travelled alone to England and I was very nervous but as soons as I got to the college I had the staff waiting outside and ready to help me. It. Was. Unreal. Fantastic experience: I took the Broadening Horizons course at Queen’s College, Oxford from August 4th to August 17th. You had to choose two subjects and one afternoon class from a variety of options, mine were: Creative Writing, Journalism and Public Speaking and Debate, all three were amazing and highly recommended. The staff was great and very caring, especially the counselors who were always lending you a helping hand in the activities or anything you required. The teachers were also good, hardworking and always striking to guide you to your best potential. The activities went from sports at the park to ice skating or punting and were fun and a perfect moment for socialization. The people I met there came from all around the world and yet we were all so similar: teenagers eager to learn and have the best of times in one of the most prestigious universities. Everything was outstanding, but the best part of Oxford summer school for me was that they always put you outside of your comfort zone (making speeches in debating class in front of everyone, buying your own lunch, making friends from very different cultures) and this is where you grow the most.

Positive experience: I had an amazing two weeks at Queen's College for the ORA program. I was able to make friends from all over the world who helped me grow as a person in so many different ways. They staff and people I met all contributed to my great experience.

Fantastic experience: It was a fantastic educational opportunity and one that I feel very blessed to have won a scholarship to attend. From the counselors and the professors to the beautiful campus at Queen’s and the students from every corner of the globe, ORA 2019 was an enjoyable experience I will always keep close to my heart.

Fantastic experience: Oxford Royale Academy gave me an unforgettable 2 weeks! I was given an opportunity to explore subjects of my interest, partake in fun activities such as punting and real tennis while simultaneously experiencing campus life in one of the most prestigious university in the world, Oxford University. The friendly and supportive staff and student body also ensured a fantastic two weeks full of learning and challenging myself, gaining new experiences and meeting and forming friendships with wonderful people from around the world. I would highly recommend the program to anyone, it is definitely two weeks I will remember forever!

Fantastic experience: This summer, I went to the most fun summer schools I’ve ever been to. For two weeks, I was able to study at Balliol College to further develop my understanding of medicine, which I sure did! With a ton of different activities, even outside of classes, there was always something to do! One of my favourite activities was visiting the Ashmolean, where I was able to learn quite a bit more about the Egyptians than I’d known before. I met a ton of people from different countries and definitely learnt a lot about other cultures. The teaching was excellent and the facilities were great. It was a fantastic experience and Oxford will always be in some of my fondest memories.

Positive experience: ORA was an experience that I will never forget. I was able to open myself up more due to the vast range of diversity (nationality, language, ethnicity, etc), that was present not just at ORA, but in the city of Oxford. The staff, director, and counselors were quick to make sure that everyone felt comfortable and at home. I recommend ORA to anyone who's interested in history, small towns, and meeting new people. Oxford is full of buildings that have a story behind them, streets that have been there for 100s of years, and people who are so down to earth. I met amazing people, and anyone who does get an opportunity to try out the program should.

Fantastic experience: My name is Serly. As for my ORA experience, I am afraid I cannot find appropriate words to describe my incredible experience in Cambridge Clare College, which was my dream to be accommodated in one of the world known university college. I had the opportunity to take the New Perspective course, which included three academic up-to-date subjects of my interest. They definitely helped me to discover my unknown power, gifts and arose curiosity in different fields. We had amazing teachers who did not only teach us but guide us through the way. Besides the academic excellence that I was prone to there, I had the privilege to enjoy super diverse environment, which was unbelievable. We learnt how to respect others ideas and experience that nice feeling to be sitting next to a person with different background, different nationality and different skin color. Literally, it is the best experience I have ever had so far. ORA made me feel fulfilled, accomplished, safe, motivated. All in all, if you want to have lots of WOW and eye opening moments, give a try and join ORA!

Fantastic experience: My experience studying in the Oxford Royale Academy was amazing. Not only did I thoroughly learn the course subject, I also gained alot of experience and exposure from a completely different kind of environment than I'm used to by getting out of my comfort zone, explored the rich history and amazing architecture of Oxford, all while meeting new people from all over the globe and making everlasting bonds between us. All in just ONE trip, and i know for a fact that the experience and memories I've gained from this trip will never stray away from me. This trip has helped me get out of my comfort zone and made me face the huge world beyond my home town. I will treasure this trip for a very long time and i will treasure the friends I've made along the way just the same. I did not regret going to the Oxford Royale Academy a single second.

Fantastic experience: I have been studying summer school with ORA for 2 weeks, I was so glad and impressed. I went to Balliol college, there are so beautiful and wonderful building felt like in harry potter. Fantastic experience: I can say that Oxford Royale Academy was, without any doubt, one of the best experiences of my life. I got to study Political Science and International Relations, English Literature, and also got to develop my Leadership and Teambuilding skills, all of it while having the complete experience of being an Oxford student. I can say that all of the activities that were provided to us were very fun as well as enriching. There wasn't a single time in those two weeks where I felt bored. We even went to London to see a musical. All of the staff members and teachers were very professional and attentive with the students. Also, I got to make friends with people from all around the world, and I'm pretty sure that those connections will last forever. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time at Oxford Royale Academy. I stayed at The Queen’s College, which was a beautiful, historic location- the perfect place to enhance academically and culturally. I studied Journalism, Contemporary History and Public Speaking and Debate. Prior to the course, I had never studied these subjects before, however I now feel very knowledgeable and I am inspired to continue learning. Each evening and every free afternoon, there were multiple, optional activities to choose from. My favourite activities included punting and going on a ghost tour. We also visited London and were able to watch a West End show. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and would recommend attending an Oxford Royale course to anyone who wants to develop academically and culturally.

Fantastic experience: Spending two weeks in Oxford and studying at Queen's College was a life-changing experience for me. Fantastic experience: I spent two weeks on Oxford Royale Academy's course at Lady Margaret Hall and it was undoubtedly the highlight of my summer. As expected, the course was academically stimulating, however it also provided cultural experiences that I would not have been able to enjoy had I not attended. Staying at Lady Margaret Hall, and the city of Oxford in general, was quite enjoyable. We were given free time in which we were able to explore the city if we so desired. I particularly enjoyed visiting colleges, museums, and other tourist attractions. The academic aspect of the course was amazing. The courses were well taught and very interesting, particularly as I chose subjects that are not available to me at the secondary school level. Other optional events occurred daily, including subject specific discussions, sport events, a debate, and advice on applying to university. The multitude of cultures present allowed me to expand my worldview by talking and discussing certain topics with other participants, as well as make friends who I am still in touch with. Overall, the course was a holistic academic and cultural experience which I will cherish forever, and one which I highly recommend to anyone who has the opportunity to attend.

Fantastic experience: During my time at Oxford Royale Academy i learned a lot more about other nationalities and the course that i took (Engineering preparation). I made friends that i have stayed in contact with ever since i left and in the future we hope to see each other again. My course teacher, Director and Counsellors were exceptional and made me feel welcome to be apart of the program. They were always fun to be around and made every experience fun and interesting for me. I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to learn more about their possible course of study and if they want a fun but educational experience.

Fantastic experience: Oxford Royale Academy summer school is fantastic! I made lifelong friends from all around the world, spoke in different languages and appreciated diverse cultures. I really enjoyed my time at the magnificent manor house in Yarnton. Everyone was friendly and all the staff welcomed us very warmly. I would love to return just to try out new courses; there is a wide range to choose from. I studied law, and this exciting course paved way for more opportunities. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me realize that the world is my oyster. The teachers were so passionate about their subjects ! Fantastic experience: This year I spent two weeks of my summer, from June 23rd to July 6th, at Yarntorn Manor, a very characteristic England building just 30 minutes away from Oxford city centre. Because I took the Broadening Horizons course, I had to choose two main subjects and an afternoon class. I decided to take the Business Finance and Management classes in the morning, and the Leadership and Teambuilding course in the afternoon. I chose these two subjects because I don’t have the possibility to study them at school but I’ve been always interested in founding out more about global business and how to set up and organize big companies. Although I’ve never studied these subjects before I’ve learnt a lot about both of them thanks to the very passionate and skilled teachers who were always ready to help. ORA’s staff was also very nice and the counsellors were always proposing new activities to the students. During these two weeks I met people from all over the world with completely different cultural and social backgrounds and we were able to create strong and long-lasting friendships. In conclusion, I think that I’ve spent two of the most unforgettable and amazing weeks in my life and I am very thankful to Oxford Royale Academy to let me attending this outstanding and unique program.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Oxford Royale Academy Summer School Programme was amazing, truly incredible. Honestly speaking, I was scared to go at first, but in the end I had more fun than I have ever had in my life. Everyone there; teenagers and adults alike were so very kind, I felt so welcomed and cared for. I learnt so many interesting and helpful things in my New Perspective classes, as well as when we went out on trips to town. Going to ORA was like a fantastic dream, that I wish didn’t have to end. But at least I can say that I made a lot of cherishable memories with my new friends. I truly treasure this experience and absolutely recommend this programme to other teenagers.

In all levels, academically and culturally, ORA excels in providing the best for their attendees, having a wide range of engaging activities and the best opportunities to get to know other cultures and lifestyles. I would, without a doubt, recommend the program to anyone who has the opportunity to attend and, if I ever have the opportunity to return to England with ORA, I know I would take it without the slightest hesitation!

Fantastic experience: Going to study at Oxford Royale Academy is a great opportunity to go to a different country, but also make your time useful by learning new things.There are many course options which give you the opportunity to be able to choose what you like, or try something new. Fantastic experience: When I came to Oxford I hoped I was going to have a great time. Not only did this hope come true, but the experience I have had in my two weeks in Oxford was also challenging, fulfilling and extremely instructive. The campus I lived on was beautiful and the people I met were brilliant. The friends I have made from all over the world are ones that I will stay in contact with for many years to come. The lessons I have learned were of immense value to me and have inspired me to continue along the academic path I want to take. Over the time period of my course I have grown in a way I could not have grown if I had not come to ORA. So I advice everyone who considers applying to an ORA-course to take this opportunity and do it. There is so much waiting for you.

Fantastic experience: Multicultural campus, diverse and rich programmes, pleasurable atmosphere. This experience enabled me to cement my carrer choices and meet people from all around the world, learning different cultures and making lifelong friends.

Negative experience: Brutally honest review: The courses are mostly ok but not the best, they at least helped me get a better idea of what I will like to do in collage. Counselors, most are very kind and helpful, others are unnecessarily rude. Huge lack of organization in field trips, and with most everything in general. The only reason why I wont give ORA one star is because of the many friendships that will last my whole life I have made during my stay. Do I recommend sending your daughter/son to oxford on a summer course? Definitely, but I would say that any other summer school would be a better choice than ORA.
