Negative experience: As a host family, I have been very disappointed with Kaplan. The communication is dire. There are purposely no numbers to ring; emais go unanswered and issues are not followed up/ignored. I have worked with other language schools in Oxford and the feeling is that, for Kaplan, a host family is disposable. Not matter if the room is ready for an agreed booking. Funnily enough, the feedback from the students we host (when not cancelled at last minute) is superb. A few years ago the accommodation manager team did an efficient job but 3 or 4 managers later it's gotten worse.

Positive experience: I had a truly wonderful time! All the staff and teachers were incredibly kind and enthusiastic – absolutely brilliant! However, occasionally there were students lacking motivation, so the quality varied between classes. That was the only real disappointment. If they could refine the class placement process, it would be perfect!!

Positive experience: L’école est mignonne. La ville est très belle !! Tu peux facilement te faire des amis. La résidence est très belle, mais les cuisines communes sont très souvent sales. Les profs ne sont pas toujours aimables. La nourriture à la cantine est vraiment pas bonne.

Positive experience: I want to greet gizzela and Gina, who truly helped me improve my English and have a good time at this school. I’ve made great friends and the atmosphere was great. However, this school doesn’t deserve the rating it has currently. There is unqualified teachers with who you either do more art and manual activities than learning actual English or others where time feel like slow motion and are boring overall and it feels like a b1 class even tho it was supposed to be c1 or c2. The organisation is also poor and they struggle to make good classes. Moreover in the intensive classes, too less people are actually taking the exam and it really slows down the class pace.

Negative experience: Ich war persönlich erwas enttäuscht von dem Angebot dieser Schule. Die Lehrpersonen wirken nicht besonders gut ausgebildet und sie wechseln alle zirka drei Wochen. Dennoch hat die Schule einen guten Standort und eine tolle Cafeteria!

Genel olarak insanlar iyiler ama idari kadro snob olduğu için onlarında yetkisi az . uyuz olmak istemiyorsanız konaklamada ne ev nede yurtları tercih etmeyin. Paranızı çöpe atmayın kaplandan daha iyi okul vardır sizinle ilgili idari kadro ve kurumsal bir ekip olarak düzgün ilerleywn paranızın hakkını aldıgınız belki dhaa fazla odeyeceginiz ama kesinlikle buraya değmez.

Positive experience: La mia esperienza con Kaplan è stata pienamente positiva. È stato difficile all’inizio prendere confidenza con la lingua e con i professori ma questo è normale per ogni inizio. Anche se non parlavo bene non mi hanno mai fatta sentire sbagliata i professori e piano piano giorno dopo giorno ho migliorato la mia scioltezza e la mia visione di vedere l’inglese, che all’inizio vedevo come uno scoglio e ora invece ho capito che non è affatto così. Ringrazio tutti professori che mi hanno seguita e il resto dello staff della scuola.

Fantastic experience: I studied at Kaplan Oxford a year ago, and honestly, I already miss it so much. It was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. I made friends from all over the world from different cultures, languages, and backgrounds and we shared so many amazing moments together. The atmosphere at Kaplan was always friendly and supportive except the accommodation service.The teachers were not only professional, but also genuinely cared about helping us grow especially teacher Jay. The city of Oxford itself is so beautiful and full of history, and studying there felt like living in a dream. If I had the chance, I would definitely do it all over again. Thank you, Kaplan Oxford, for the unforgettable memories!

Fantastic experience: Se você está procurando um ambiente acolhedor com respeito às mais diversas Culturas e onde todos, desde as pessoas que te atendem na cantina, até o diretor da escola estão sempre prontos a te ajudar no que você precisar. com interesse e um sorriso lindo nos lábios, definitivamente Kaplan Oxford é para você! Todo o staff não só te envolve positivamente, mas também sempre demonstra conhecimento e segurança no que te orientam. Minha experiência de duas semanas nessa escola contribuir, e muito, para meu crescimento tanto acadêmico como pessoal. Fantastic experience: C'est une belle expérience d'être partie avec Kaplan international à Oxford. La ville est juste splendide ! Les profs et l'organisation sont au top ! Ils sont très réactifs et compréhensifs quand vous avez un problème. Il est très facile de se faire des amis là-bas, au bout en 2 jours j'avais déjà un groupe d'amis ! Cependant, je ne recommande pas les familles d'accueil. Je suis tombée sur une dame âgée qui ne nettoyais pas sa salle de bain et sa cuisine. Et qui n'était pas du tout sympathique avec moi. Je recommande les résidences !
