Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved it. Alle Mitarbeiter haben einen herzlichen Empfang gegeben. Auch im Verlauf der Woche wurde ich herzlich betreut, man fühlte sich sofort aufgenommen. Die Lehrer und der Schulleiter sind unschlagbar organisiert und motiviert. Ich habe noch nie so guten, authentischen und lustigen Englischunterricht genossen. Man lernt hier nicht nur Sprache und Kultur kennen, ich habe in dieser Woche auch viel für meinen Job mitnehmen können. Really appreciated it. Ihr seid das beste Beispiel dafür wie Sprache gelebt wird. Herzlichen Dank für diese Erfahrung. Gerne immer wieder diese Schule!

Negative experience: في انتظار ارجاع المبلغ بسبب انني حصل لي ظرف و الغيت السفر وطالبت بإعادة الرسوم لكن الى الان لي اكثر من اربعة اشهر ولم يتم اعادة الرسوم ارجو عدم الدفع الا اذا كنت متأكد من القدوم والا احتفظ بأموالك

Fantastic experience: A great language school with excellent teachers.

Fantastic experience: My fav English school has an amazing location near Princess Street, I stayed there for around 5 months and it was great. Thanks to Richard who is the best teacher, with Euan you do not want the lessons to stop you will have great lessons. Special thanks to Daria who motivated me to take the IELTS exam and encouraged me during the lessons. So grateful to her as I got my target score . I can’t forget Poppy for her support in the last weeks before the exam. The star of this school and the best person you will meet is Jonny, any help that you want your first person to talk to him for any issue. The receptionists are kind, they will help you with any issue in the school or anything related to accommodation. Thank you all for making this journey incredible. One thing, I came here in the winter, it might be busy in the summer. Just an absolute pleasure to be part of this wonderful school. Aziz

Negative experience: The teachers are wonderful but with the slightest problem they make a fuss. Worst experience of our time in Edinburgh

Fantastic experience: CES = Eine hervorragende Schule, um Englisch zu lernen, sein Englisch weiterzuentwickeln oder zu professionalisieren. Tolle Lehrer mit ausgereiften didaktischen Methoden, um dein Englisch zu verbessern. Jede Stunde ist belebt mit inspirierenden Themen, ob in kleinen Gruppen oder in einem größeren Klassenverband. Du wirst mit deinen Fähigkeiten integriert und kannst selbst zum Gelingen der Gesamtgruppe beitragen. Deine Ideen werden aufgegriffen und kreativ weiterentwickelt. Alles geschieht mit Humor für eine optimale Lernentwicklung. Sollte es mal Herausforderungen rund um die Schulbetreuung geben, unterstützt dich das Office / Management direkt, um eine gute Lösung herbeizuführen. Legendär ist der freitägliche Film-Club. Hier stellt ein Lehrer immer interessante Filme vor, in der Regel immer mit Bezug zu Schottland. Es erfolgt eine historische Einführung rund um den Film: Vorstellung der Schauspieler, der Schlüsselszenen sowie besonderer Musikinhalte und wichtigen historischen Stätten. Danach wird der Film noch einmal spielerisch z.B. mit einem Quiz vertieft und bei Popkorn mit der Popkorn-Methode ausgewertet. Auf jeden Fall ein Highlight!!! Täglich finden zudem Veranstaltungen statt, ob zum Beispiel der Besuch des historischen Museums, Ausflug zum Hafen, zum Castle, Besuch einer Destillerie oder abends ein vergnügter Austausch im Pub. Eine kulturell interessante und förderliche Mischung aus Schülern aller Ländern treffen hier aufeinander. Jeder hat hier die Möglichkeit, die Welt dadurch ein bisschen besser zu machen… Vielen Dank! Negative experience: For OET listening this place is the worst choice. Their sound system is not good. Otherwise everything is fine.

Fantastic experience: Great place to take English test, but limited parking slot, you will find at times that out side parking is unavailable and You need to find a suitable parking spot and walk to this place if you have a car. Staff is really friendly and will greet you.

Positive experience: The teachers deserve 5 stars. But the people in the office don't really fix any problem and sometimes blame you for the inconvenience. If I could throw back the time, I'll prefer pay for a particular teacher native, at the last you learn more and waste the same money but spend less time in a city than expensive as Edinburgh. If you are planning on change to Leeds, don't do it.

Negative experience: Les professeurs sont super et font du très bon travail. L’emplacement de l’école est plutôt cool aussi. J’ai été dans une famille super qui a été aux petits soins pour moi. Par contre, je pense que cette école et pas adaptée pour les longues périodes et j’ai trouvé dommage de ne pas avoir de teste chaque fin de semaine pour voir le niveau et le changer par la suite.

Negative experience: Преподаватели великолепные. Поселение большая проблема. Пересиляют уже третий раз. При бронировании школы очень внимательно относитесь к выбору жилья, уточняйте пожалуйста все нюансы.

Negative experience: لقد قمت بالدراسة في هذا المعهد لمدة 7 اسابيع المكان جميل نوع ما يجمعون الطلاب المتقاربين بالمستوى في فصل واحد ليس لديهم فصول للمبتدئين و المعلمة تهمشك اذا كنت لا تعرف اجتهدت ان اتعلم واستفيد ولكن المعلمة لا تعطيني الفرصة ابدا فهي تركز على الطلاب المتميزين وتتحدث معهم ولا تعطي الطالب ذو المستوى الاقل مجال للمحاولة لقد دفعت مبلغا كبيرا من المال ولم أستفد شيئًا ابدًا لا أنصح به اطلاقا !

Negative experience: They do not select good host families. First family with people that do have scotish culture and food. So becase they have uk passport make them native people. That was the principal told me. If you have a diffwrent religion keep it. But do not come to a cou ntry and do not try to integrate better. My second family was worst and think they do it on porouse. I slept 1 week in a cold room not automatic heating at night old bed..so ask if bed quality is checked and joq often. Both bed at both houses were bad. Lessons quality should be improved. No quiz jnot exams. I dont like it but its the only way to do kmprove aslo they should be optinal. Overal.experience 2 from 1-5 - but i gave 1 coz the bad aptide of the principal and accomadation staff.

Positive experience: I´ve been there for an advance english course with a qualified teacher who did very well his job. The academy has good prices, but i believe that these are similar to other schools of english. the location is great ´cause it´s placed in the old town which is clse to the very centre of the city.
