I would also like to highlight the dedication and hard work of the school’s director in continuously improving and enhancing the student experience. I am still in touch with the teaching staff—we built a strong relationship over the course of an academic year, and it’s a truly unforgettable memory.

Negative experience: مشي حالك وجودة تدريس سيئه جدا + المعهد اي كلام نصيحة اذا تقدر تشوف غيره افضل لك واحسن لك + افضل لي فلوسك ووقتك واصلا اسواء خيار دراسه في بورتسموث معاهد جدا سيئه My esperince with this scholl was not god and their teching is so weak and you pay for the books and you can not take it i encoraged you to moving to another city + the portsmouth is the worrest city to styding english and to be honest my experince with teacher called marton was good and the manger was polite with us but the teaching is soo weak and i hooping thr best for them and change this condition . .

Fantastic experience: I had a great time studying here! The lessons were very good and also fun, I learned a lot. All the teachers and staff were very kind and supportive. The school paid great attention when choosing my host family, and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was an unique trip and very good teaching in this school. I broke the language barriere and became more confident. Besedes I had very interesting lessons and the evening leisure. Also I got acquainted with the students from Spain, France, Italy, Germany. We still communicate with each other. I miss and hope to study here again.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. I tried different schools in Portsmouth and when i chose TEG school I had some doubts about it. From the 1 st day, it immediatly felt friendly and cosy. In the reception Anna answered all my questions, and any doubts. All the teachers are very professional especially Monica with her exhaustive culture. The school has also found a very special host family for me. There are many activities after the lessons, and it's very nice for socializing with people from around the world. Fantastic experience: Excellent School. I've just finished my 4-week English course and I can say that the TEG school is absolutely reliable. All teachers are prepared and serious and the reception staff is always available and friendly. It's amazing like you can learn English and in the same time have fan. In addition, the TEG Staff is able to solve immediately all accomodation or study problem. The price-quality ratio of the TEG courses is unbeatable. Finally, I recommend the TEG School to everyone.

Fantastic experience: When I moved to the UK and started my first office-based job, I was not confident enough about my written and spoken communication skills. I was terrified of picking up the phone to deal with a customer enquiry and it would take me an extremely long time to reply to even very basic emails. I felt like things were really getting to me and I feared I would lose my job if I couldn’t manage to sort things out, so I decided to search for a suitable English course that could help me overcome my fears and get the confidence I so desperately needed. After shopping around and visiting a considerable amount of schools in the area, I decided to enrol with TEG Portsmouth (back then known as Portsmouth Language College). I was interviewed by the Principal and offered a suitable course to meet my needs at a very reasonable cost, and their flexible schedule allowed me to attend the lessons after work. The staff were always extremely professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and friendly; they are all a very talented group of people, happy and willing to go the extra mile every time, always with a smile. Their facilities were warm and comfortable, fitted with the latest classroom equipment and in a fantastic location, plus all the techniques used for teaching were always fun, original and engaging so the whole experience was a truly fantastic learning journey. I also made lovely friends and met really nice people during my time studying at PLC, partly because of having like-minded classmates who were in a similar position I was, but also due to the social schedule the school always put a lot of effort in offering to their students; there were always day trips, days out and evening gatherings on the agenda. I will always have very fond memories of my time at Portsmouth Language College. After all the hard work put into learning and practicing what was imparted in the classroom, I managed to obtain my Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English – something I will always be extremely proud of. I couldn’t recommend TEG Portsmouth more if what you are after is a place where to learn English with the highest quality standards.

Fantastic experience: My favourite place to learn and have fun at the same time. The staff and teachers from this college are really awesome. Each are unique. They only want for you a great experience and they work hard for this happen. Fantastic experience: I was attending the Portsmouth Language College during two summer months. This was my first stay in the UK and I couldn't choose better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I made a progress very quickly which resulted in a level progression (started at the "intermediate", ended with the "upper-intermediate" certificate). The city of Portsmouth with its seaside and barbecues was very pleasing too :).

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience studying at PLC four years ago. It was only small when I started but the teachers were great and the staff were really friendly. I had the best experience of my life whilst studying at PLC, they provided me with the right tools to succeed as a student in the UK - I'm now one year from graduating at Brighton University and I have got a job offer already lined up in London. Definitely would recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Best English School Ever! I have to say, if you want to improve your English significantly you can't find a better place. Very good teachers, small classrooms (not too many students per class to learn more efficiently), students from all around the world (from South America to Japan!), etc. There you'll be able to train to get your IELTS or any other certification like CAE or CPE which can help you find a job, get into universities or even get a visa in some countries! In addition, the teachers are always available, even after school. They organise social events at school, in pubs, bowling, and even trips to other cities (who wants to see Stonehenge?). They are not only teachers, they soon become your friends! Furthermore, Southsea offers you many activities during your free time like cinema (you'll be able to understand everything soon with the classes), bowling, pubs, clubs, museums, shopping, beach, etc. Portsmouth is a students' city so it's always busy, you can't get bored. To sum up, Porstmouth Language College is the best place to go for the education, the people, the city and the experience.

Fantastic experience: Portsmouth Language College is a very unique and amazing place to go and improve your English skills. Teachers are very talented but also have a very high ability to persuade and encourage students to force themselves every single day so they can reach an english level in which they can easily manage to keep a conversation going like if they where a proper native speaker! I strongly recommend this institution to all future international students who are willing to have and adventure abroad, it really worths it!

Fantastic experience: It´s the best school ever!!! My wife and me had a fantastic time in PLC. We stayed 6 month and was the best experience of our life! The teachers are soooo AMAZING! Just Perfect. I recommend 100% this school!

Fantastic experience: I have studied and improved (a lot) my English for five months with them, and finally I also got the 7 IELTS score I needed. I've felt like in a family, with skilled and friendly teachers doing always interesting classes and activities, both at the school and out, including day trips, pub nights, international dinners and many other things. Last but not least I reckon it is also the cheapest English college in Portsmouth and Southsea, and I have to say very honestly, it was really worth it. If I have to reccomend a college to my friends, that would be the one.

The whole staff is friendly, the teachers are great and are always willing to help if it is needed. They have a great social program too! Fantastic experience: Portsmouth Language College is the perfect place to improve your english ! I spent 6 months over there and I really enjoyed my time in Portsmouth. First at all the team of teachers is brillant (especially Chris, Aaron and Sarah). It's the best place if you want to learn english in a cool way and socialize yourself with other students. I had great time in that school and the city of Portsmouth is cool with a lot of things to do.
