Fantastic experience: Ausgezeichnete Erfahrung – absolut empfehlenswert! Während der zwei Wochen, die ich in dieser Schule verbringen durfte, habe ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war von Anfang an sehr herzlich, was mir das Lernen unglaublich leicht gemacht hat – und genau deshalb konnte ich in dieser kurzen Zeit auch sehr viel mitnehmen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Lehrpersonen: Nach jeder Lektion wurde nachgefragt, ob ich etwas gelernt habe – das zeigt echtes Interesse am Lernerfolg der Schüler. Außerdem nahmen sie sich stets Zeit für meine Fragen, egal ob es um Englisch, den Weg zu einer Sehenswürdigkeit oder Tipps zu Museen ging. Das Lernen hat richtig Spass gemacht! Ich habe mich nicht nur fachlich weiterentwickelt, sondern auch menschlich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich – man merkt, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Ich kann diese Schule aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen!

Fantastic experience: Live Language Glasgow is a great institution to learn English and improve your language skills and confident. The process of applying was very easy thanks to the great office staff Stephen and Adell, Raina is a great teacher, she has different skills in delivering any type of information. She was very patient, kind and helpful with everyone.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I chose Live Language School of English in Glasgow. The two weeks I spent there were intense and full of emotions – I made many new friends, had fantastic teachers, and met a super friendly and highly professional staff. From traditional Scottish breakfasts to local dishes, every bite felt like a little journey into the local culture. Fantastic experience: the school and its premises are bright and modern. Every morning you are greeted personally. The lessons are very well structured and varied. The teachers are very attentive and involve all students. The teachers pay very individual attention to each student and are open to all questions. There is a respectful approach towards different cultures and religions. There is a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. I am very grateful that I was able to have this experience for two weeks at this school.

Negative experience: The previous location was good, but the current one is too noisy, making it hard to focus on listening. It would be better if you could move to a quieter place.

Negative experience: Glasgow is not a good option for studying English. The teachers are very friendly, but the school has a lot of Arabic students and they talk Arabic, around 90%! You won't benefit much, and you'll find yourself spending money and vacation on nothing

Fantastic experience: I went there in 2017. Live language is fantastic! The teachers are supportive and highly skilled, creating a welcoming environment. The lessons are engaging, and the multicultural atmosphere is wonderful for making new friends. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you want to gain CELTA qualification in Glasgow, then this is the plave to do it. When applying I found that live language was one of the most price-competitive options, and since completing my CELTA I have found it is great value for the money you pay. Heather and Daniella are both professional, hard working and super friendly - they do their best to help you improve and achieve full CELTA qualification. Speaking as someone with no background experience in language teaching, they really helped me through some very difficult topics and helped me overcome barriers I never thought I could. Thanks Daniella and Heather! I also made a bunch of great friends here and will always remember this as a very special time. Without hesitation I recommend this to anyone who wants to learn something new and exciting, and who wants to inject some change into their life!

Fantastic experience: Completed my CELTA certification with these lovely folks. It's an intense journey, you should definitely free up the entire month in order to devote yourself to the assignments and lesson plans and you will learn a lot in the space of a month. Despite the challenges faced it's really a lot of fun, Heather and Daniella both have a great deal of teacher training experience and will guide and support you through every step along the way, giving you essential critical feedback regularly so you can be sure about how to progress along the right track. Overall, it was knackering but I had a great laugh, learned how to teach and met a bunch of lovely people, teachers and students. If you're considering doing a CELTA, I'd fully recommend you try it here.

Fantastic experience: Professional and dynamic teachers, very interesting classes. The teachers capture your attention during all lesson and don't allow be bored. All student staff is professional and attentive. The Social program is interesting, some teaches is involved. The student ambiance is great. The students are kind and friendly. The school offer an accommodation with good price and quality. I came two times in Live Language School from France and I would like to came back again and again.

Fantastic experience: Eine so angenehme Schule mit großartigen Lehrer/innen. Ich lernte während meiner Woche Bildungsurlaub Adele, Becca und Claudia kennen und kann nur Gutes sagen! Der Anfang nach 35 Jahren wurde mir leicht gemacht, dabei war der Unterricht fordernd und fördernd zugleich. Ich werde im nächsten Jahr für 2 Wochen kommen und freue mich heute schon!

Fantastic experience: More than just a Language Academy! I have taken the CAE preparation course for two months during the summer and I would say that it has been one of the best effective options to prepare my Cambridge exam. Firstly, you will receive a big range of good tips to deal with each part of the exam such as technics to improve the understanding, or practising the problematic points of each part, so that students can gain experience in how they must be focus on their individual studying. Secondly, the teacher puts in practise a lot of useful group dynamic activities to encourage students to improve their English level in a cooperative way. In addition, teachers are very compromised with their objectives and they push their students to get the best part of themselves. In short, I have personally found the course as the ideal method to train myself in order to feel well-prepared to pass the exam successfully. However, Live Language is more than just a Language Academy, it is a space of sharing cultures throughout English, which means that you will meet a lot of people from all parts over the world. Also, thanks to the Social Program, you will have the chance to join to different activities and travel across Scotland. So, if you don’t want to miss a marvellous language learning experience in Glasgow, I would recommend you without hesitation to join Live Language family!

Fantastic experience: I spent one month in Live Language. Regarding English lessons I think that they are interactive, never boring and focus on reading, writing, listening and speaking. This thanks to the teachers because they make you comfortable, they always listen to our suggestions and they are professional. I also could take part at many activities such as visits around Glasgow and trips nearby with the social programme. This helped me to know new places and share moments with my classmates. I strongly recommend spending time in Live Language!

Negative experience: Children's classes used to be really good and then we found that the teacher would keep changing and there was no set structure to what the children were being taught. Spanish classes were then cancelled and we were told this was due to lack of demand... despite the fact there's a waiting list at another city centre language school. To try and help the school I suggested that they advertise the class more widely as I had to research a lot to find the class in the first place. This was met by a defensive answer that it was posted on social media (I work in social media and never saw it)... we ended up moving class as our child was doing Spanish and the best they could offer her was a place in an Italian class instead when her class was cancelled. Facilities are good in the school but the organisation was really bad. It's a shame as it's so close to the city centre and the teachers were lovely but never stayed for long.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience doing an evening class here. Well kept facilities and the teacher and staff were very welcoming. Just be sure to plan your journey as it can take a while to reach by car in the evenings as Glasgow rush hour traffic is very poor on certain routes.

Fantastic experience: I have been studying at the live language school for one month and I can say that it's the place to choose if you want to learn a new language. The staff is kind and really helpful, I felt like home. The quality of the class and the teaching is very high and I improved my English level. I had the opportunity to visit Glasgow because the school usually organises a fantastic social program with a variety numbers of activities and the most of them are free. I had a really good time!

Fantastic experience: I studied here for two weeks at the beginning of July and it was an amazing experience. I followed the 30 hours course and it was really well organised and useful to improve my english. I found a lot of friends coming from other countries. The staff at the reception is lovely and available for all you need, in the weekend too. The teachers are qualified and helpful with students not only at school but during all the day. I was hosted by a lovely family found by the school who took care of me very well. I hope to repeat this experience also next year.

Fantastic experience: I have studied at Live Language school twice and I can say that I gained an exceptional knowledge there and it was an amazing experience! I would advise everyone to go to study at this school who really needs to improve the language skills for life or doing an exam or for the future job. I experienced studying with different teachers and all of them were highly qualified! The classes were really interesting focusing on the practical side of the studying process. Every week we studied a new material and by the end of the week everyone noticed their progress. Also I would like to pay attention to the school staff - everyone is extremelly friendly and helpful, always ready to make the most for students. Among the other things I enjoyed the school social program that is half free and offers a variety of things to do!

Here I strengthened my English and now I feel more confident. The teachers and the staff are well prepared and are always available. In the school you can find a student lounge which has a lovely café. Throughout the year a lot of exciting events are organised. I look forward to going every day. Fantastic experience: I wanted to improve my English as part of my studies. I spent ten weeks at live language. It is a very good school, the teachers are attentive to each student to help in areas where they are least good. social program offers varied activities (football, movies, excursions, BBQ) I realy enjoyed to spend this time in Glasgow.

Fantastic experience: I went there in 2009 and I felt like I was home. Teachers and staff were caring and friendly and they treated me well. Teaching was great! Teachers were observing the students' performance and gave them feedback on a monthly basis in order to improve the students' work. I highly recommend this school.
