Fantastic experience: My experience with LTN was outstanding for learning English. The quality of teaching is highly professional, and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping students improve. The management team is also very respectful and cooperative, always making sure the learning experience is smooth and comfortable. Overall, the atmosphere at LTN was incredibly welcoming — I never felt like a stranger; it truly felt like being among family and friends. Simply put, LTN is one of the best language institutes out there, and I highly recommend it with full confidence.

Fantastic experience: I have been learning Spanish with the school for a few years now. Thanks to Language Tuition I've gone from being a complete beginner to studying for my DELE B2 qualification. And on the way picking up an A level in Spanish, and the DELE B1 qualification. All the teachers are incredibly professional and friendly, and make learning fun. Especial thanks to Tania, and of course to Angela.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review.
It has been an absolute pleasure to see your journey from complete beginner to preparing for DELE B2 — and achieving both your A Level in Spanish and DELE B1 along the way is a fantastic accomplishment. You should be incredibly proud of your progress.
We’re especially grateful for your kind words about our teaching team. Tania will be so happy to read this, and I truly appreciate the mention as well. Supporting committed students like you makes our work so rewarding.
Thank you for trusting Language Tuition Nottingham with your Spanish learning over the years. We look forward to celebrating your DELE B2 success very soon!
Warmest wishes,
Angela & The LTN Team
Negative experience: my experience with this institute raised serious concerns regarding professionalism and management. There is a staff member named Tania who easily takes matters personally with students. In some cases, this escalates into exaggeration or even fabrication of accusations, with colleagues joining in to support a single narrative. What makes this worse is that management appears to fully trust these accounts without any verification or review. Decisions are made without informing the student that there is an issue in the first place, without hearing their side of the story, and without giving them any opportunity to defend themselves. This absence of the most basic principles of fairness creates an unfair and unsafe learning environment. Simply put, it is like going to work as usual and then being shocked to discover a salary deduction—without prior notice, without explanation, and without even knowing what the original problem was. This is not an individual issue; it reflects a clear administrative failure. An institution that operates in this manner is not managing its students—it is failing to manage itself. The administration needs management.
We are sorry to read that this reviewer felt dissatisfied with their experience at our school.
At Language Tuition Nottingham, all student concerns and complaints are taken seriously. We have clear safeguarding policies and professional conduct procedures in place designed to protect both students and staff, and we follow these carefully whenever issues are raised.
Where concerns arise about behaviour or conduct, we do not act lightly or impulsively. Our standard process includes gathering information from multiple sources, inviting the student to discuss the matter, and, where relevant, communicating with sponsoring bodies or external authorities. Decisions are only made after these steps have been taken.
We therefore do not recognise the description presented in this review as an accurate reflection of how we operate. We are committed to fairness, transparency, and a safe learning environment for everyone in our community.
Because of confidentiality and safeguarding obligations, we cannot comment on individual cases in a public forum. However, we remain open to constructive dialogue and encourage anyone with concerns to contact the school directly so they can be addressed appropriately.
Negative experience: I will not recommend it at all
