Fantastic experience: I have been studying at this school for about 10 months, and it has truly been a great experience for me. Not only have the teachers been extremely professional, patient, and supportive, but the whole staff has always been very kind and helpful. They also supported me a lot when I was struggling to find a place to live, which meant so much to me during my time here. The environment at the school is very welcoming, and the people I have met here are amazing. I made great friends from different countries, and everyone was friendly and respectful. I always felt comfortable, supported, and motivated to improve myself. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn English in a positive and caring environment.❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: I’M STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND!!! The most disappointing experience I’ve ever had was paying for online lessons at the London School of English. Their virtual individual lessons lack any special features. I don’t recommend paying for one-on-one sessions because you won’t receive anything out of the ordinary. The classes are essentially the same as those you could pay less for with any other teacher outside LSE. The customer service is also a nightmare. If you get sick, you’ll lose your classes because you have to tell them that you’re planning get sick in the upcoming 48 hrs, which is the insane part because otherwise they’ll count it as a no-show. I started here with high hopes of being able to pay and experience virtually what I would live in months later when I travel there, but it was such a disappointing experience

We’re sorry to hear that the course didn’t meet your expectations, especially since we always aim for our learners to have a positive experience, so it’s disappointing to know that wasn’t the case for you.

You’re correct that our policy requires 48 hours’ notice for lesson cancellations. We are very transparent about this, and when you cancelled your second lesson due to illness, we were happy to waive that requirement as a gesture of goodwill. However, when you did not attend your fourth lesson and no notice was given, we had to mark it as a ‘no show’. Our trainers are dedicated professionals who reserve their time for these lessons and depend on them for their income and livelihood.

We’ve spoken with your trainer, who mentioned that no concerns were raised about the course content during your sessions while you were taking them. Had we known you weren’t fully satisfied, we would have gladly taken the opportunity to discuss this with you and make adjustments where possible.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic time at the London School of English! The quality and variety of the classes were truly outstanding. The teachers are passionate, professional, and their lessons will not only boost my English but also help me communicate better in my native language. Everyone at the school is incredibly welcoming and attentive to the students' needs, which really makes a difference when you're learning. Last but not least, the food was also amazing ! It was beyond my expectations ! Thank you for vey much ! Overall, it was a truly enriching and memorable experience. A big thank you to the whole team !

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this school. The facilities are fantastic, and all the staff members are extremely helpful. The school’s social programs are very well structured and make a real difference for the students. I was lucky to have Maddy as my teacher – she was excellent and truly dedicated to her work. Another highlight is the lunch the school provides: the food is delicious and of great quality. I couldn’t recommend this school enough!

Fantastic experience: Great teachers and lovely environment. I really enjoyed my time at the school. Special thanks to Douglas and Ingrid - I learned a lot from them. The building and classrooms were nice, the food was great, and I truly appreciate the school’s teaching style and system.
