Fantastic experience: I’ve been learning Korean at Lingoclass, starting from Beginner Level 1 and recently finished Intermediate Level 1. It’s been a challenging but really rewarding experience. Although there have been some parts I struggled with as the difficulty increased recently, I always felt supported by our teacher, Lami. She creates a warm and welcoming learning environment that she makes the learning extra fun.

Sahomi sensei was amazing and I can't believe we managed to go through all of the course lesson plans in less than half the time. We finished the course trying on a yukata. I can highly recommend studying Japanese with LingoClass!!

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying my Japanese lessons at LingoClass. I have just completed the Beginner Level 1 & 2 courses and have signed up for Level 3. I have been very pleased with the curriculum, teaching and the fun I’ve had. I know life can get very busy so I know I would not be able to self-learn Japanese on my own. These lessons ensure that I am learning something every week. It’s structured, fun and relaxed at the same time. Kaori and Akari sensei have been great teachers and in-person classes are a lot of fun. Totally recommend!

Positive experience: I really enjoyed coming to class here, and felt Heidi was an excellent Cantonese teacher! Its just a shame that I will not be able to continue learning with LingoClass as the Beginner Level 3 class did not run due to lack of sign ups, and I cannot afford private lessons as I am a student.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been learning Japanese with Hitomi-sensei at Lingoclass for nearly half a year now, starting from the very beginner level and progressing to N5-2. We’re now preparing to enter N5-3, the final chapter of the N5 level—and I can confidently say that Hitomi-sensei has helped me build a strong and solid foundation in the language. I love how the lessons are structured, focussing on speaking in real-life situations. Every lesson we have conversation practice which is my favourite part! I can't believe how much my Cantonese has improved in just 10 weeks... from my vocabulary, to the tones and pronunciation. Already counting down the days until I can begin level 2!

The lessons are so enjoyable and engaging, with kind, friendly and supportive teachers. We had recaps and every class which helped with pronunciation. I wished we wrote more in class but i am sure it is more to come in the next levels.

I was worried about finding the right level for me given my long study break, but LingoClass were helpful and flexible allowing me to find the perfect level for me. Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed my time studying Japanese at Lingoclass - I joined the N4 class around a year and a half ago and have just finished the N3 course. Noriko sensei is a great teacher and always makes the sessions fun, along with giving us plenty of time to talk and use the language. Through taking the classes, I was able to pass the N3 last summer and will be attempting the N2 in July. My speaking skills have definitely improved a lot since joining ☺️

Fantastic experience: Lingo Class is great, I have been studying Japanese there for over two years, both group session and 1 to 1. Good place to practice communications skills as well as grammar. If you want in person tutoring, this might be the best option in London!

I started at the first beginner course with no prior Japanese knowledge and now I’m close to finishing the N4 course. The highly structured teaching style, the predictable lesson format and weekly homework, is very effective and has meant that I’ve been able to make steady progress. LingoClass is a very welcoming environment, the teachers and admin staff are very friendly and kind. I’d recommend giving one of their courses a try if you want to get serious about your language learning!

Following the learning pathway recommended I have just completed my third course Japanese Beginner Level 3. Fantastic experience: I took a beginner Madarin class with Candice Laoshi. Every class is full of laugh and fun activities. Things are well explained, I liked the way she explained why things happened in certain way. Pronunciation was also focused, she tried to fix our pronunciation when we spoke individually. At the beginning of classes, we had some revision, which helped us learn more thoroughly. There was culture corner at the end of every class, sometimes it was about how to bargain, sometimes it was about how people sit in a meeting room, very interesting. I got surprised by how well-structured classes were organised. My classmates were very friendly, we practiced conversation in every class. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I took 6 weeks of beginner Japanese lessons to prepare for our trip to Japan next year and I could not recommend LingoClass and sensei Chisato enough. Lessons were a mix of revision, new vocab, speaking practice and writing practice - all hugely helpful and great to do in a group of other enthusiastic learners. Chisato is a kind, encouraging and welcoming teacher who is always happy to answer questions and talk things through so that you understand the logic behind what we're learning. Fantastic experience: I joined LingoClass to study Japanese, my goal is to get ready for the JLPT, I do find listening and speaking difficult and I thought being in a class with others would help me work on those skills. I just finished the JP Beginner Level 1 and had a lot of fun, the classes are interesting and introduce a lot of things about the language and culture I wasn't aware of. The amount of information given during class can be a lot at times, but if you do your homework and read the textbooks outside of class it's absolutely fine. I'm definitely going to join the Beginner Level 2 class next and continue my studies with this lovely team.
