Oxford International Language School (Oxford ILS)

Fantastic experience: This is a truly great and special language school! I did a lot of research to find the best language school in Oxford and fortunately I found this place with friendly, highly competent and encouraging teachers as well as a positive and open-minded atmosphere. I was in Oxford during the first week of January and the course was held even though we were only two students in the B2-C1 class. I was also provided with a very nice homestay accomodation that fully met my expectations. Communication with the school before enrolling was friendly and the information provided was complete and answered all my questions (in contrast to other language schools that I had contacted). If you are looking for high-level English courses, individual attention and a supportive learning environment, ILS Oxford is absolutely worth the price!

Fantastic experience: This is the best English school I’ve ever attended. The groups are very small, which means you truly learn a lot because you’re participating all the time. Caroline is an amazing teacher: very professional, kind, and extremely experienced. The classes are super productive — not a minute is wasted, yet they never feel heavy or overwhelming. I liked it so much that I extended my course for two extra weeks. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I studied at Oxford International Language School for two weeks and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their English, whether for General or Academic purposes. Having attended other language schools, I can confidently say this is one of the best. The staff are professional, experienced, and truly supportive. They take students seriously and adapt to individual needs. The location is excellent central, well-connected, and close to the city centre. The prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the teaching and programmes. Overall, an outstanding experience.

Fantastic experience: I spent 3 weeks studying at Oxford ILS. It was a wonderful experience. The Junior Summer School programme was very well organized. I improved my English and had so much fun. The activities were different each day. The lessons were not monotonous. Caroline taught me for all 3 weeks. She was very kind and patient. I think she’s an amazing teacher, and I’m glad she was the one teaching me. Oxford ILS also arranged the accommodation. I had a homestay, and my host family was amazing. I had the chance to meet people from different parts of the world and, of course, to practise my English. After the course, I feel more confident with my English, and I’ve gained experiences and memories that I will never forget. Thank you, Oxford ILS, for having me — I hope to see you again next year!
