Positive experience: Great experience at such a lovely city. Kaplan is a very good place to learn and improve your english skills in a natural way. Apart from some personal experiences(might not happen to you at all) the school is great.

Besides the excellent teachers, I chose the 30+ course, which made it easier to connect with people who have similar work backgrounds and life experiences. It also encouraged conversations and experience sharing with people from different countries.

The school is located in a wonderful city, where students can enjoy culture and free time after classes. The teachers are friendly, patient, and professional. They explain lessons clearly and give useful examples. The teaching style is modern, with activities and group work that make learning enjoyable. Kaplan is not only a school, but also a welcoming community where students feel comfortable and motivated.

Positive experience: I spent two excellent months in Liverpool (October–November). The main strengths of my stay were the quality of the teachers and the business courses, the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, as well as the dynamic and welcoming atmosphere of the city and the many activities available in and around Liverpool. The only negative aspect was the host family, which was somewhat disappointing in my case, although this may vary from person to person.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my stay in Liverpool. At the school, the teachers are very methodical and they are attentive, and on campus the rooms as well as the building are in very good condition.

Positive experience: The school is nice, and I had classes with Esmira, the best teacher ever. On the other hand, the accommodation in the Glassworks building is terrible, I don't recommend it.

Negative experience: The institute used to be one of the best, but now it’s the worst choice you could possibly make — and here’s why, so no one has to go through the same experience I did. The skilled teachers have left, and only the less competent and poor ones remain. You’ll face a major problem when choosing your class, because they group students by age, not by level. You might be at level A1 but placed in a B1 class just because you’re 30 years old and there’s no class that matches your age — so you’ll gain nothing. When you finally make progress and manage to escape from your bad teacher to a slightly better one, you’ll only get one or two weeks before your bad teacher catches up with you again. There’s only one main IELTS class, and it’s taught by the worst teacher. They do have one excellent IELTS teacher, but he’s only allowed to teach elective classes, not the main one. In short — save your money and go to a better institute.

I want to acknowledge that I studied with several, but when you study with Sara McColey and Tom, they have a teaching strategy with different activities that motivate you even more to attend class and keep studying. Negative experience: One of the main advantages of Kaplan School is the quality of the teachers and the staff, who are genuinely dedicated to supporting students. However, the service does come with some major drawbacks. For example, students are sometimes forced to switch class schedules from morning to afternoon without any prior notice, which can be very disruptive. In addition, the accommodations, except for those directly managed by Kaplan, tend to be of poor quality, especially Vita student accommodation. Many of the external housing options offer a very low standard of living, which is disappointing given the overall cost of the program.

Positive experience: In general, the experience was pleasant, starting with the competent teachers and well-structured classes (this only concerns me and the period I spent, the school inevitably has many students of the same nationality or who speak the same language, so it is common for groups to form in the classrooms that are not very homogeneous). As for my accommodation, I have been in a family home and I have found myself very well, but even here it depends on who happens to you, so if you do not feel right with your host family, ask them to make the change by talking to the school's student service. The experience you can get at Kaplan helps you improve where you need it most and, above all, can give you the chance to make friends with many other nationalities.

All your classmates are always willing to help you! The only downside was the communication and management from Kaplan Italy; they made a mistake with the quote and sent me the wrong emails.

Negative experience: The food such as the breakfasts are not according to the website, the breakfasts are not made by the hostess, and the dinner is fast food, not healthy. The school is falsely advertised and does not meet the expectations of the classes, the students do not receive a feed black.
