When I first came, I knew nothing about English except a few words, and now I can speak fluently and without fear. Negative experience: تجربتي في المعهد كانت سيئة. لا يوجد اهتمام بالطلاب، والكتب تتأخر لأسابيع، وطريقة التدريس قديمة جدًا ولا تناسب التطور الحالي. مرافق المعهد متهالكة جدًا والحمامات متسخة، وسكن الطلاب (Gold) غير نظيف والمطبخ مهمل تمامًا. تعامل الموظفين غير أنيق وغير احترافي، ولا توجد دقة في اختيار الأسر المستضيفة. نسبة الطلاب العرب في المعهد مرتفعة جدًا، حوالي 85% في معظم المستويات من A1 إلى B1، وفي المستويات الأساسية A1 إلى A2 نسبة العرب تصل إلى 100%. توجد بعض المدرسات الجيدات مثل فوندا وكالين وأميرة، لكن التجربة العامة للأسف دون المستوى ولا أنصح بها

Fantastic experience: NCG is an amazing school with highly qualified teachers who are always willing to help. If I have another opportunity to do an exchange program, I will definitely return to NCG.

Negative experience: معهد سيء جداً ولا انصح احد فيه معهد تجاري اكثر من مايكون تعليمي معهد يبي فلوس فقط لايهتم بالطالب ولا سكن الطالب واذا سكنك مو مرتاح فيه مايغيرونه لك الا بعد ماتطلع روحك ومايرجعون الفلوس اذا بتطلع ..نصيحه ادفع سبوع ب سبوع .. اكرر تجربتي 3 اشهر من اسوء ثلاث اشهر بحياتي في معاهد افضل منه ب كثير فقط لنه اهو مهتم بالدعايه فقط.تخيل معي اخي المبتعث. اللي يدرسك جنسيته.(تركيه و.مصري و. فلبيني وهندي. لا اعلم اين هم الانجليز اكسنت غلط وكل شي غلط نصيحه اخويه... انحش

Negative experience: تجربتي في هذا المعهد كانت مؤسفة وغير إنسانية. تمت مراقبتي بشكل مستمر ودون أي مبرر واضح، وكأن وجودي بحد ذاته يمثل مشكلة. ، ولا أعلم ما السبب الحقيقي، لكن إن كان حجابي هو ما أربكهم، فأنا أفتخر به، ولن أغير هويتي لإرضاء أحد. لا أنصح أي شخص بالالتحاق بهذا المعهد، خاصة إن كنت محجبة أو تختلف عن “صورتهم النمطية” للطالب.

Positive experience: التجربه ممتازه و المعلمه متعاونه الى معلمه واحده جنسيتها تايلند غير متعاونه ابداً و تضغط على الطالب وهو لايعرف اللغه و تنزعج منه اتمنى من معهد NCG النظر إليها اما باقي المعهد ممتاز جداً ك موقع و تعاون الى معدل الحضور لم نعرف كيف يتم الحسبه كانت تجربه لمدة 3 أشهر المعلمه التايلندية اتمنى تتغير لنها من الممكن تعطي طالع سيئ للمعهد The experience was excellent, and the teachers were cooperative, except for one Thai teacher who was completely uncooperative. She pressured the students even though they didn't know the language and got annoyed with them. I hope NCG Institute will look into her. As for the rest of the institute, it was excellent in terms of location and cooperation. We also don't know how the attendance rate is calculated. It was a three-month experience. I hope the Thai teacher is replaced, as she could reflect poorly on the institute.

I made many new friends and especially the staff and my teachers - they tried to do the best for all of us. They are friendly, patient, cheerful, ... and ready to help when you need it. Fantastic experience: We have been hosting with ncg for many years now and we have had some wonderful students from all around the world, it's a great way to learn about other cultures and make new friends. The staff at ncg are also great to work with and very supportive, I would highly recommend ncg to any students thinking of improving their English.

Fantastic experience: NCG Liverpool is truly one of the best places to learn and improve your English. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the friendly and supportive staff. The teachers are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they also know how to make learning fun and engaging. They genuinely care about each student’s progress and always go the extra mile to help everyone succeed. The classes are interactive, and there are plenty of opportunities to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a real-life context. The school also offers lot of social activities that allow students to make friends from around the world and explore the city of Liverpool. Studying at NCG as a Kuwaiti international student has been a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their English in a warm and encouraging environment

Negative experience: “My experience at this institute was extremely bad. The organization is very poor, and there is clear favoritism towards certain people for no logical reason. I attended for 4 months, and unfortunately, it was a completely unsatisfactory experience. There is no respect for schedules, communication is weak, and the management does not care about students’ issues. I do not recommend it at all, and I will not repeat the experience.”

Negative experience: Very bad

Negative experience: I do not recommend NCG for the following reasons: 1 – I was only informed of the accommodation I would be staying in a few hours before my trip. I tried to contact several people directly at the school, with no solution; 2 – They put me in a terrible accommodation. I found the room extremely dirty, with hair on the bed and dirt on the carpet, a horrible smell, and the shower and toilet only worked occasionally. In addition, people from outside were constantly invading the place to use the common areas. When I sought help at the accommodation, I met with stupid people who did not make an effort to solve the problems. When I reported the problems to NCG (Christine), who was responsible for the accommodation, I was told that she would talk to them, and she advised me to also try to contact them one more time. 40 days passed, I left the school and to this day I have not received any feedback about the situation; 3 – I looked for a school in the United Kingdom, hoping to have classes with native speakers, but although my teachers were good, none of them had English as their native language. This frustrates those who want to learn the local accent; 4 – I thought it was an adult course, but half of my class was for teenagers, which meant that the classes were on topics that were different from my goals, and the class got distracted several times. Furthermore, ~80% of the class were Arabs; 5 – Even though the school has a good structure, the men's bathroom is terrible. I don't know why, many people don't wash their hands, and the bathroom has two doors, one behind the other (unnecessary) and they don't open outwards, so you have to pull them open with a dirty handle. It would be good to have some hand sanitizer in the general areas.

Negative experience: "The financial dealings at this institute are absolutely disgraceful. They hound you aggressively for their money, yet when it’s time to return your funds, you’re forced to chase them for over 16 weeks, and even then, they don’t refund the full amount. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable."

Negative experience: The place is suitable for studying, but some teachers do not have teaching skills.

Negative experience: I cancelled my course last May and they told me that they would refund my money within 3 months. Now 5 months have passed and the money has not been refunded. I have been sending them messages since the 3 months have passed and they just keep writing to me “We will follow up, we will follow up, we will follow up” and they do not do anything. Therefore, I hope that my money will be returned so that the idea of ​​not returning money to the school does not occur. I hope that whoever contacts or responds to this comment has a solution to this issue.

Fantastic experience: Ich war 6 Wochen dort und kann es nur empfehlen! Die Lehrer und Staff sind alle mega freundlich und helfen einem bei jedem Problem das man hat. Die Schule befindet sich mitten im Herzen der Stadt, was also super zu erreichen ist, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Bus (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür). Das Finden von Freunde ist hier mega einfach - dafür sorgt NCG mit deren täglichen After-School Aktivitäten auch! Alles in allem hatte ich nicht nur auf organisatorischer Ebene, sondern auch auf sozialer Ebene super tolle Erfahrungen machen können und würde es immer wieder tun.
