Fantastic experience: The teaching is excellent and there are tests every week, but it's not right that a student steals the tests and the test website and sells them to other students.

At the beginning I was feeling very nervous , because of the people who were around me. However , at the end I felt I’m between my family. Thank you NCG for what you did

Fantastic experience: The is no doubt that it is one of the best schools in The UK, I really learned a lot and have a lot of memories that I cannot forget. Thank you to NCG and the staff in general and in particular to Sarah, Mark and Alba.

Negative experience: Worst experience. I came to write my ilets exam and they didn’t even open the door for me untill 8:10 am . No one was even near the place . And my speaking test was suppose to happen at 2 and it didn’t even happen untill late 3. I came all the way from Chester and booked my trin tickets accordingly, and now I had to cancel .

Negative experience: About a month ago, my son had an unpleasant experience with Carleton, who works in the administration at NCG Manchester. My son traveled a very long distance, leaving his family behind, in order to pursue his education, expecting to be treated with respect and basic kindness. Unfortunately, Carleton’s attitude was cold and unwelcoming. He did not smile, and the way he spoke and behaved made my son feel as though he was not welcome at the institute. This kind of treatment can be very discouraging, especially for a student who has come from far away to study and build a future. Administrative staff should play a supportive role and help students feel comfortable and valued, particularly those who are far from home. Sadly, this was not reflected in this situation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the experience for students in the future.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I had it on my life also Vicki she can’t handle any problems also she is extremely rude more over they can’t put you in the right level I talk too the many times and the answer we can’t let you do the exam they don’t mind if you learned or no they just mind about how many money you give them don’t spend your money here there is much colleges better .vicki be kind just for one day in your life

Fantastic experience: I had chance to visit the NCG Manchester, and classes and installations are interesting and complete and managment team, specially Alba, very kind, friendly and having knowledge in the teaching field.

Fantastic experience: I collaborate with the school and I can say that the team is welcoming, very professional, always ready to help and they offer great programmes! The school has comfortable facilities where learners can spend their time between classes. It is definitely a school I recommend!

Negative experience: NCG Institute has many Complaints, especially in management. In particular, Vicky doesn’t handle things professionally — even when you speak to her, she doesn’t take action or solve problems. As for the environment, most of the students are Arabic speakers, and there is very little English being used. Even about half of the teachers speak Arabic. The teacher Lindsey also doesn’t explain well, and most of her teaching relies on guessing. Overall, this institute is not one of the best, but if they fix the problems they have, it could become a good institute.

It was amazing to participate in all the extra activities and met people from different countries and cultures. Fantastic experience: I had an incredible three-month experience at NCG. The support and teachers were incredible, and there were great outdoor activities like soccer, rock climbing, and even yoga. I'm glad I chose this school and hope to visit again someday. I was exposed to different cultures like Arab, French, Korean, Thai, and Colombian. I had fun and made unforgettable friends. I learned and interacted with people as they were my family, and I will always keep them in my heart.

Negative experience: Overall, my experience with the institute was unsatisfactory for several reasons. First, the behavior of the staff member Cartlon was very poor towards students. Many students have expressed complaints about his unprofessional and inappropriate attitude. Secondly, the vast majority of students at the institute (approximately 99%) are Arabic speakers. This limits the opportunity for cultural and linguistic exchange, which is essential for improving English skills in a diverse environment. In addition, the number of students exceeds the institute’s capacity. Classrooms are overcrowded, with more than 15 students per class, which negatively affects the quality of learning and the effectiveness of the lessons. On a positive note, the teachers are generally good and carry out their duties professionally.

They help us support refugees and asylum seekers with scholarships to General English and IELTS Preparation classes - all aided by their excellent team in their fabulous campus in the heart of the city. Fantastic experience: My name is Ana, I am 46 years old and I would like to share with you my experience at NCG English school. I hope it helps you in some way. I started elementary level classes at NCG in September 2023 with teacher Sarah and, before that, I studied for about 5 months at another school. Learning a new language is a big challenge, as I had never studied English before. I really like the teaching method at NCG school, the entire organization and the didactic materials. I can only thank everyone who helped me on this journey to learn English; especially teacher Sarah, who was always very patient with me and spent long time with me at different classes levels. I would also like to thank teachers David and Luck, who also always helped me a lot. I can't forget Anna from the administration, who has always been patient in amending my classes due to my holiday. I still have a long learning journey ahead of me, but NCG really helped me learning English. They have been great to work for and we have always had as many students as we wanted or for as long or short term that fits with us and student alike. Negative experience: Bem quero manifestar a minha frustração e um sonho que eu também tornou pesadelo em fazer o intercâmbio através da empresa Zaio Intercâmbio no Brasil. Escolhi o College GNC no qual havia contratado por 12 semanas mais tamanha indignação, solicitei acabar em 7 semanas. A escola no qual é considera umas das melhores é uma das piores a minha péssima escolha. Não há diversidade de alunos a escola é 90% alunos árabe inclusive a minha professora de sul principal não era uma nativa inglesa e sim árabe aliás há outros professores não nativos que dão aula. Um outra observação em sala de aula só árabes dentro da sala nenhuma outra diversidade de nacionalidade. Com alguns semanas entrou uma outra brasileira que também ficou indignada, pois não conseguíamos estudar pois invés de ser uma aula em inglês era somente árabe árabe árabe foram feitas diversas reclamação para que eles falassem e estudassem a língua inglesa na direção pois isso prejudicava o ensino uma escola de intercâmbio inglês os alunos estão aí para aprender inglês mais não só se ouvia árabe era mesmo insustentável. Uma única vez a diretora foi até a sala de aula para pedir que tivesse uma mínima colaboração por parte dos árabes. A escola é tão árabe que fazem informativos na linha árabe e tem até uma sala para que fazem suas orações e os flyers feitos em escrita árabe, no banheiro as informações em árabes. Sendo uma escola inglesa o porque terem tanta regalias, ah pois a escola recebe do governo e não dos alunos. Há um acordo com e eles são pagos para estudar para ter frequência para entrar na universidade sendo assim eles não eu só não nem aí estão ali de graça então aprender é o de menos. E prejudicam quem quer estudar. E sem falar que só haviam jovem aprendiz não adultos na mesma faixa de idade. Sem falar que tive minha provas foram acima de 90% e no diploma a professora que é árabe colocou uma nota que não havia alcançado a média do cursos. Imediatamente fui na direção e olharam no sistema e mudaram a nota e entregaram outro diploma e rasgaram o outro e nem se quer pediram desculpa pelo erro. Sobre a grade de aulas não há nenhuma aula focada em conversação e desenvolvimento do aluno somente entregam folhas e folhas e ali fazem repetir as palavras como um curso qualquer. E na aula principal um gramáticas e gramática e gramática sem nenhum outro tipo de desenvolvimento para aprendizado e o aluno mudar de nível. Uma escola que só se baseia em livros ou games como jogos de Kahut. Uma escola de intercâmbio deveria ao menos ser mais avançada com sua metodologia de ensino avançado; colocar o aluno em situação para falar, ouvir, colocar o aluno em situações de conversação com nativos. E sobre os restante das minhas semanas nem se quer devolveram a metade do valor deixam stand by futuro. Sendo que eu nunca mais quero coloco os meus pés nesta escola. E não foi pago por governo árabe e sim com suor do meu trabalho e o frustração de um sonho. Segue fotos de provas no qual é voltada para seus alunos árabes.

Negative experience: If you're looking to learn English, I wouldn't recommend this school. However, if you want to perfect your Arabic, this might be the place for you. The school has a significant issue: the majority of the students are from the Middle East, which impacts the environment for learning English. While the building is nice, the organization is lacking. I visited and asked about the prices and fees at least five times, but each time they promised to send the information "within a minute" and never did. Don’t waste your time. If you don't believe me, feel free to check it out yourself.
