Fantastic experience: Voici une belle équipe qui vous apportera l'attention et la bienveillance nécessaire pour accomplir votre souhait de formation. Privilégier les cours standards le matin, et surtout choisissez les cours intensifs, sans regrets ils vous donneront la bonne impulsion pour atteindre le niveau souhaité. Certes les cours, l'école, et les intervenants sont dans l'ensemble excellents, en revanche je ne partage pas cet avis pour la partie hébergement, ce fut une très mauvaise expérience, attendre un hébergement de remplacement à 21h le soir, sans aides, a été désagréablement surprenant.

Fantastic experience: It was amazing! So nice teacher and a very nice Manager. Also the supervisors were really amazing :). We did a lot different Activities, wich all made a lot of fun. The english lessons had the perfect length and we had the exactly right balance between grammar and creative stuff. Especially in the intensive class. So I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I HAD A GREAT TIME !

Un grazie particolare a Charlotte Fisher, sempre disponibile e pronta a risolvere rapidamente qualsiasi necessità: una presenza affidabile che fa davvero la differenza. La sistemazione presso la Winchester University è stata ottima: campus accogliente, ben curato e con strutture di buon livello, dove si respira una vera atmosfera British. Molto apprezzate dagli studenti le lezioni di inglese, grazie al metodo e alla preparazione di insegnanti dinamici e coinvolgenti. Un valore aggiunto è stata la preziosa collaborazione di Salva durante l’uscita a Londra, gestita con attenzione e disponibilità. Simpatica anche la presenza del giovane Théo, che ha contribuito a creare un clima ancora più piacevole tra i ragazzi. Of course, both the activities and the classes were very meaningful and fulfilling. My host family welcomed me warmly. We watched movies together, and on the weekend they took me to the beach and to play billiards. I would definitely recommend this school!

Fantastic experience: I spent a really nice week there. I came for a "Bildungsurlaub" and visited in November, which is a pretty quiet month. The city is beautiful, and even at that time of year there was a lot to enjoy, especially once the Christmas markets opened. I imagine it's great during other seasons too. I'll be happy to come back sometime.

Fantastic experience: 2달동안 정말 즐거운 학교생활을 했어요. 성수기에는 10대반과 아닌반으로 구분되어서 나이가 있는 저에게는 굉장히 좋았어요. 선생님들은 30분전에 교실에 오셔서 수업준비 하는 모습이 감동이었어요. 선생님의 강의하는 방식이 아닌 학생들에게 회화를 유도하는 수업 방식이 좋았어요. 또한 방가 후 활동은 정말 좋았어요. 다른학교다닐때 10대를 위한 활동이었지만 여기 학교는 모두가 즐길수 있고 친구들과 영어 회화를 할수있는 환경을 만들어줘서 너무너무 좋았어요. 국적 비율도 좋습니다! 정말 좋은 경험을 하고 한국으로 돌아가게 되어서 너무 행복합니다. 한국에는 알려져 있지 않은 어학원인게 아쉽네요. I had a truly enjoyable school life over the past two months. During the peak season, the classes were divided into teen and adult groups, which was perfect for someone like me who is a bit older. The teachers impressed me by arriving in the classroom 30 minutes early to prepare for the lessons. I really appreciated their dedication. I especially liked the teaching style – instead of just giving lectures, the teachers encouraged students to actively participate in conversations. The after-school activities were also amazing. In other schools I’ve attended, they were mostly geared toward teenagers, but here, the activities were designed so that everyone could enjoy them. It created a great environment for practicing English while making friends. The mix of nationalities was also well-balanced! I’m so happy to have had such a great experience before returning to Korea. It’s a bit of a shame that this language school isn’t more well-known in Korea.

Es sind angenehme Gruppengrössen - maximal 14 Personen in den normalen English-Kursen und ich hatte meinen Intensiv-Kurs nachmittags mit 4 Personen - das war really intensive ;). Jeden Nachmittag gibt es ein Angebot - manchmal Sport (Fussball, Volleyball), manchmal Just walk and Talk or playing Games in a pub. It all very Personal - and The teachers are very good and funny in top !! I can really recommend the school.

Negative experience: Das Essen schmeckt nach Durchfall, so einen schlechten Koch habe ich noch nie gesehen. Die Teller sind schmutzig. Jeder der das ließt sollte hier nicht her kommen. Wenn ihr da seid, habt immer die 112 bereit, ihr werdet 100% eine schwere Vergiftung bekommen. HILFEEEE!!!!

Positive experience: I stayed in this school for one week in August and it was a big disappointment for me. School is 16+ so in summer, 90% of students are teenagers (if you 30+ it is hard to cooperate). Before arrival, test needs to be taken but in our group there was a mixture of B1 to C1 levels. The course content also did not meet my expectations - not enough working in pairs or in groups, discussions and grammer usage (only excersises from textbook). Compared to my last English course in Malta this year in May, which really helped me and was also fun with the full involvement of all participants, I rate this course in Bournemouth much worse. I would not choose this school again.

Fantastic experience: I felt very welcomed here. The teachers were very friendly and warm and patient with my questions. The lessons were challenging, even though I am already of a pretty high level. There are some activities to enjoy with the others students and practicing your English.

And it has been one of the best experiences of my life, the teachers and the coordinators of this school are amazing, very kind and reliable. I truly recommend this English course for anyone from anywhere, it doesn’t matter your age or the country you come from, you will be welcome. Also the food and the residence are very good. Fantastic experience: He estado en la escuela durante este mes de Julio. La experiencia ha sido fantástica. Me gustaría destacar la profesionalidad y el trato cercano y atento de todos los profesionales de la escuela. Ante cualquier problema o duda, Steph y Richard están ahí para ayudarte. Además la escuela cuenta con la figura de un adult coordinator que se encarga de organizar diferentes actividades para todos los alumnos: billar, laser tag, barbacoas, noches de cine, tours por el pueblo, deportes en la playa… Si quieres estudiar inglés y estar rodeado de gente fantástica y profesional esta es tu escuela sin duda.

Positive experience: I did a language trip here two years ago and i guess it was alright. A few things bothered me, e. g. the building which is old, the toilets which are terrible and pretty disgusting or the fact that the kitchen crew don’t know what a trash bin is, littering the whole place. The lessons were good, which could be due to the external teachers. But, in my opinion some of the supervisors were pretty unfriendly. Also, some of my fellow travelers spoke about poor conditions in the hotel, fortunately I stayed with a host family and was overly contented there, would recommend (Thanks Sue <3). Bournemouth is nevertheless a beautiful city and I enjoyed my stay a lot. You definitely can book a trip, but there might be better offers, that ion know about.

Positive experience: Our week with your school was a good experience for our students , they enjoyed their stay and the activities offered in the program .They found the teachers sociable and engaging during lessons , the host families were very welcoming and most of them interacted with students . The accommodation for the teachers was comfortable and satisfying ,not far from the school . We would suggest the “ Europa School of English” in Bournemouth to other colleagues as we think the staff and host families were always available and willing to meet our needs .

Fantastic experience: Ich habe eine Woche Bildungszeit in Bournemouth verbracht und Richard und seine Kollegen haben alles getan, um meinen Aufenthalt in der Schule so angenehm und fordernd wie möglich zu gestalten. Alle Lehrer sind super hilfsbereit und gehen auf die Bedürfnisse und auch Skill Level der Studierenden ein. Die Unterlagen werden zur Verfügung gestellt und wenn man mehr möchte oder braucht, wird auch dafür gesorgt. Ich habe mich extrem wohl und willkommen gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder in die Europa School kommen!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience! We went to Europa school for a ministay with our 26 Italian students that were split into two classrooms with teachers Salvador and Michael. Steph welcomed us and made us feel at home and Matt took us to explore Poole and London. The students were very happy about the lessons and the trips that were organized. Moreover the families welcomed the students and they felt at home. We enjoyed it very much and we recommend it!

Everything was very well organised: classes were interesting and challenging, activities varied and funny, families kind and welcoming. The school is small and this encourages socialisation. The atmosphere is cosy. Absolutely recommended!

Negative experience: A very bad institution that does not provide alternative families in case the family is not suitable. They also do not care about the interest of the students in the families, as the family may be a danger to the students. They put a former student in a very bad family, and they put me with a completely unsuitable family. I also know that institute is cheap, but I pay a little extra difference. Go to an organization that cares more about you, your safety, and your education. They also cancel the lectures for you and you pay money for it. They say that because of the number of students there are only two students and therefore there is no lecture. It's very funny, the truth is I don't support this institute at all and if you want your money back they refuse unless you have a Mediator. معهد فاشل للغاية ولا يوفر عائلات بديله في حال لم تعجبك العائلة وايضا لايهتمون في العائلات يودونك اي عائلة ممكن تكون خطر على الطلاب سبق وان وضعوا طالب في عائلة سئية جدا وانا وضعوني مع عائلة غير مناسبه للغاية كذلك انا اعلم انه المعهد رخيص ولكن ادفع فرق بسيط اضافي واذهب لمعهد يهتم بك اكثر لسلامتك ولتعليم افضل وكذلك يلغون محاضرات لك وانت دافع فلوسها ويقولون بسبب عددكم شخصين فقط شي مخجل الحقيقة انا لا ادعم هذا المعهد بتاتًا وفي حال اردت استرجاع مبلغك يرفضون الا اذا كان معكم وسيط في الختام لا انصح فيه نهائيًا.

Negative experience: It was a bad time I spent 3months for nothing

Negative experience: Leider sehr schlechte Organisation, die noch nicht Mal Basics können. - SCHIMMEL IN DER KÜCHE! Das ist ein No-Go, wie im Bild zu sehen, standen die ganze Zeit Kaffetassen mit Schimmel in der Küche, neben der Essensausgabe, z.T. gab es auch schimmel im Essen . Man hat sich herausgeredet, und behauptet, es läge an der englischen Hygiene und wir sollen man nicht so sein - Klassenzimmer, die zerschlagene Scheiben haben, und kein Arbeitsmaterial bereit stellen - Materialien zum Spielen, die nicht vorhanden waren oder schon zerfallen sind - Betreuer, die nett sind, aber nichts wissen - Tiere in der Unterkunft - Toiletten wurden nicht geputzt und stinken, öffentliche Toiletten sind viel besser!!! - Außen lag sehr viel stinkender Müll herum - Der Bus kam leer 1,5 Stunden zu spät, somit haben wir die Fähre verpasst. - Die anderen Schüler*innen waren sehr nett, sie hatten aber ALLE ähnliche Eindrücke. Fazit: NIE WIEDER Ruf Reisen oder Offaerthe Reisen, das Geld ist es nicht wert, noch nicht Mal, wenn es gratis wäre.

Negative experience: Buenas tardes, Tras haber terminado el viaje con IP en Europa School queremos dejar por escrito nuestra experiencia. El primer problema que nos encontramos fueron las familias. Debían enviarnos la información sobre ellas con 10 días de anterioridad sin embargo no recibimos toda la información hasta el día antes de nuestra llegada. De la última familia, solo teníamos el nombre y el teléfono. Esto se debía a que una semana antes de empezar la temporada aún no tenían familias suficientes. El colegio incluso, tuvo que requerir nuevas familias con un cartel publicitario que colgaron durante nuestra estancia. El sábado 2 de julio llegaron nuevos estudiantes que a pesar de haber contratado host families tuvieron que ser alojados en residencia ante la falta de las mismas. En ningún momento el colegio o la empresa nos avisó de este problema. En nuestro caso, hemos tenido familias buenas pero otras que apenas hablaban con ellos y sobre todo, no prestaban atención a la hora de llegada de los mismos por la noche. Hemos tenido casos de niñas de 13 años, llegando a las 23,30 o 23,45 sin nadie que les esperara o se preocupara de que llegaran a salvo. Nadie contestaba a sus mensajes ni tampoco les abrían la puerta, dejándoles una llave escondida para que entraran cuando ellas quisieran. Creemos que no es correcto que estuvieran unas niñas de 13 años solas por la calle en una ciudad extranjera desconocida y de noche. Unas niñas cuyos padres piden una familia que las cuide y supervise más allá de proveerles un alojamiento, comida, etc. En este caso las niñas no llegaron a ver a la señora en 2 días y del desayuno debía encargarse su hija de 11 años. Entendemos que una familia tiene que trabajar y tener un horario, pero también entendemos que una familia que se dedique a esta actividad no puede dejar de lado ciertas obligaciones. En esta misma casa llegaron a abrir las maletas de las alumnas e incluso les faltó dinero. Ante todo esto, pedimos a IP que se responsabilizara y las cambiaran a otra familia, sin embargo el colegio nos defraudó en este asunto. Ante la falta de casas disponibles, el personal del colegio priorizó que la familia en cuestión no se ofendiera en lugar de dar importancia a la seguridad de las alumnas. Se negaron al cambio y a responsabilizarse sobre las maletas y la falta de dinero. Priorizaron no molestar a la familia. Ante la negativa del colegio, tuvieron que ser los propios padres de las niñas por desesperación, los que pagaron de su propio bolsillo, un alojamiento para que las niñas pudieran salir de allí. En cuanto a su sistema de alojamiento de alumnos en casas, no prestan atención a mezclarlos por nacionalidades. Otro problema derivado de la falta de familias según nos comentaba el colegio. Sin embargo, nuestros propios monitores pudieron mantener conversaciones con alumnos no españoles los cuales compartían en casas. Ninguno de estos alumnos pidió expresamente compartir con su misma nacionalidad, por lo que fue una decisión del colegio. Con lo que deducimos, que a pesar de que nos aseguran que llevan 30 años haciendo esta actividad, para su sistema de alojamiento en casas podemos asegurar que no prestan atención a la mezcla por nacionalidades. Esto deriva en que comparten Españoles con españoles, Alemanes con Alemanes, etc. De acuerdo con la escuela, la mezcla debe solicitarse expresamente, sin embargo también nos aseguraban que todas las sugerencias que hubiéramos solicitado en el alojamiento eran solo eso, sugerencias y que no estaban obligados a cumplirlas. En todos nuestros años haciendo esta actividad con diferentes empresas y colegios, es la primera vez que nos encontramos con esta forma de alojar a los estudiantes y sobre todo que la escuela aún con la posibilidad de poder hacer la mezcla por nacionalidades como pudimos comprobar in situ, no priorice hacerlo como sí hacen otras empresas.

Negative experience: Ambiguous answers on the test, clearly don't have that good a grasp of the language. Many questions have more than one possible answer. Go back to school.

Negative experience: Ich bin schon an vielen Schulen und in vielen Ländern unterwegs gewesen aber so eine schlechte Organisation und schlechte Schule habe ich selten erlebt. Ich bin deutlich über 30 und war damit ganz weit vom Durchschnittsalter der anderen Teilnehmerinnen entfernt. Sie waren fast alle zwischen 14 und 18. Wenn unser Lehrer (Austin) nicht so cool gewesen wäre, wäre die Bewertung sicherlich noch schlechter ausgefallen. Die Schule ist ein absoluter Massenbetrieb, in dem Horden von Schülergruppen "abgefertigt" werden. Das "Personal" besteht aus weiteren (internationalen) Jugendlichen/jungen Leuten, die keine Ahnung haben, was sie da tun und auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen können. Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind z. T. schlechter als die der Schüler. Es war schon schwierig, nach der Buchung weitere Informationen über Beginn und Ablauf des ersten Tages oder eine Bestätigung über die Zahlung zu bekommen und das hat auch erst nach mehrfachen Mails und Telefonaten einen Tag vor unserem Abflug funktioniert. Der Einstufungstest besteht aus ein paar Grammatikaufgaben, die nicht wirklich etwas über das jeweilige Niveau aussagen. Informationen über Freizeitaktivitäten waren schwierig zu bekommen - was aber nicht so schlimm war, da sie, wie wir später erfuhren, ebenfalls schlecht organisiert waren. Man ließ die jungen Leute einfach in irgendeiner anderen Stadt aus dem Bus und sammelte sie dann zur verabredeten Zeit wieder ein. Nix mit Führung durch Salisbury oder sonst was...Und für Erwachsene waren diese Ausflüge nicht wirklich geeignet. Ich wollte gerne Einzelunterricht buchen, was aber nicht ging, da das Personal keine Ahnung hatte, mich dann auf die Lehrer verwies, die aber auch nicht wirklich weiter wussten, nach 5maligen Anfragen habe ich es dann letztlich gelassen. Als Erwachsener über 25 ist diese Schule ABSOLUT ungeeignet und wenn ich Kinder hätte, würde ich sie niemals zu dieser Schule schicken. Bournemouth ist toll und wie gesagt, unser Lehrer war sehr nett, aber insgesamt war es doch eine ziemliche Zeit- und Geldverschwendung - Schade. Aber nie wieder diese Schule.

Negative experience: Школа мало думает о клиентах. Учителя готовятся плохо или не готовятся вообще, не имеют плана урока, иногда просто включают YouTube, не следят за речью студентов, дают задание и обсуждение только между собой, реально носитель не исправляет. Тест на определение уровня только письменный, хотя известно, что у всех страдают разные аспекты, у одних говорение, у других грамматика, поэтому кому-то было тяжело, а кому-то слишком легко в своей группе. Учитывая, что в основном учатся по 2-3 недели, странно каждую неделю начинать конкретный кусок учебника. Лучше адаптировать под свою программу, которой к сожалению нет. В школьной столовой не питалась, но отзывы очень плохие. В школе работают какие-то студенты, которые сами не знают что да как, и реальной помощи от них нет. Реально взрослых в школе немного, в основном школьники 14-17 на них все развлекательные программы и рассчитаны, и условно взрослые немецкие школьники 18 лет. Учиться они не хотят, прогуливают и опаздывают на уроки. Серьезно настроенных мало. Резиденция Purbeck большая, в ней живут студенты из разных школ. Какие-то школы позаботились о мелочах типа утюга и полотенец. Эта школа такой заботы не проявила. Могли бы давать на прокат такие вещи как пототенца и кастрюли. Микроволновка была тоже не у всех, хотя на картинках на сайте школы она представлена.

Negative experience: Wenn ich die Wahl zwischen Nordkorea und diese Schule hätte würde ich mich für Nordkorea entschieden.In dieser Schuhle darf man folgendes NICHT: - Alleine in Gruppen sich die Stadt anschauen - Schlafen wann man will - in sein Zimmer wann man will - den Garten darf man nicht betreten - Man hat uneinsichtiges Personal - "Klassenzimmer" die fast zusammenfallen Die größte Frechheit ist jedoch, dass man sich vor einer 13 Stunden Busfahrt NICHT vor 23 Uhr ins Bett legen darf.Und man nicht mal alleine einkaufen darf. Überlegen Sie es sich gut.Schade ums Geld.

Negative experience: The lessons not good! Somethimes you did the same in 2 lessons! And I pay a lot of money for nothing!! The lessons are not prepared.

Positive experience: Most of the teachers and the lessons are really great. Also, the atmosphere between the students is amazing ! Nice experience and good school to improve your level

Fantastic experience: ho passato il mese più bello della mia vita in questo posto, ambiente curato nel quale ho potuto conoscere altra che la lingua anche modi di vivere e pensare diverso dai miei conoscendo persone di altri continenti gli insegnanti sono pazienti ma severi con che ha poca voglia di mettersi in gioco, ti portano anche con attività extracurricolare come giochi o e eventi alla perfetta padronanza della lingua

If you are looking for a good school in a good town, certainly this is the place to be. Bournemouth is an excellent town to learn and enjoy the England's atmosphere. Thank you for everything.
