Fantastic experience: I did A0 (beginner) frenches classes with Anne. Anne is a wonderful teacher, and made the classes really fun and engaging. It helped to build my confidence at a good pace, and we followed a text book which helped us keep track of progress.

Fantastic experience: Anne was such a wonderful teacher. I hadn't done anything 'extra-curricular' in a looong time and was a little nervous. But, it was such a calm, comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was a complete beginner, and combined with my own learning I felt that through Anne I really got to grips with the fundamentals. Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend ‘Learn French with Miss Marie & Co’ the lessons, sessions and events are always extremely well organised, friendly, fun and progressive. Everyone is very welcoming and Marie is always looking to add new events and experiences to improve your understanding of French language and culture. I have had experience of learning from two teachers and they have both been fantastic. Guillemette particularly is full of ideas and fun to engage everyone, she is personable and cares about all of her students, I leave every session smiling and with my brain brimming!

Fantastic experience: Had the best of fun brushing up my French. I had the words somewhere in the back of my mind but struggled to form full sentences and didn’t really dare to speak to anyone. The lessons teach you the correct spelling & grammar. In a fun and engaging way. There’s space for a joke or two. It was exactly what I was looking for. Because of the lessons I’m now able to have conversations with my partner. When he corrects me I don’t feel discouraged anymore. I really enjoy speaking French now!

Fantastic experience: The social walk and talk is the best way to improve your french skill in an friendly and informal way. We are doing a walk around Bristol Harbour and for extra money you have a sandwich of quality always made with fresh product and fresh baguette from Mark's Bread. Yummy.

Clémence is a great people person and really puts her students at ease which is so important when learning a new language. If you're looking for a positive, friendly and enthusiastic learning environment with teachers who really care about their students then I cannot recommend Clémence, and Learn French with Miss Marie & Co, any higher!

Fantastic experience: Marie est le meilleur!! She is friendly and fun and inclusive and informative. Her lessons are a great mix of colloquial group chat, games, and some heavier study with textbooks. The atmosphere is always relaxed - with tea and nibbles and no judgement when you don't know how to answer any of the questions or when you are totally lost! I wholehearted recommend.

She provided a fun and relaxed atmosphere that really helped me learn (and enjoy learning) French. I highly recommend learning French here- there are various classes depending on your ability and I felt comfortably challenged in the class I was in :)

Fantastic experience: Like many people, I'd always wanted to learn to speak a second language and, like most, I came up with the same excuses; lack of time and "I'm now too old to learn"! Anyway, a few months ago I decided I would change all that and sought help from Marie. Marie was very understanding, tailoring her approach to suit my inexperience and introduce some fun ways to learn that keep me motivated. She's always willing to fit our time in around my hectic shift-work (and does so without complaint!) and readily offers help at the end of the phone or an email. You'll find Marie friendly, knowledgeable and very patient, and I'm sure your French, at whatever level, will improve as a result!

Fantastic experience: Marie is a really hardworking, inventive French conversation teacher. She makes the lessons really good fun and comes up with lots of resources (games, links, ideas etc) that make learning very enjoyable and playful instead of 'hard work'. Highly recommend her, and good value for money.
